    Funny how some of the debuffs you get you just forget them entirely, like Enemy HP recovery over time or HP boost for instance, I almost never feel like they're there cause the enemies just simply vanish into the void before they even get a chance to trigger it.
    My favorite debuff is the one that makes the enemy teleports to you when you're too far away from them, saves a lot of the hassle of getting to them

      @mekz22 Před 4 měsíci +1

      Yeah, majority of the debuffs are far too lenient. Only debuff I notice and try to remove immediately is increased damage taken, because it actually makes a difference. Rest of them? Don't really care, barely noticeable and in most cases won't brick your run if you fail to remove them.

    I consider myself a goat on this game but I you know I had to drop a like and comment. Im so excited at the possibly big selection of characters for this game!

    if you lose a revival during a boss fight, you can just exit to main menu and come back in and try again until you get it :D many would call this cheating, but i call this a clever use of game mechanics!

    A note about the health % Health stuff, it's actually about your BASE stats, not your TOTAL stats, the bars are not a indicator for this, for example:
    The Rest 55% heal you received in the clip at 8:50
    You enter as Hibiki
    Hibiki has a base healthpool of 1100 (100%)
    In the clip your total is 631/2970 (270%)
    This will not heal you for 55% of 2970
    It is going to heal you for 55% of 1100
    So 605
    631 + 605 = 1236
    This rule follows for a lot of the Health % Increase / reduction effects in the game, so always remember kids, 90% is a lot less than you'd expect.
    the difficulty modifier (Hard and Normal) Dont impact enemies at all, it's actually all player based changes
    Normal gives you 1.2x Damage, 1 extra revive and 2 more healing mixtures
    Hard removes all of that, and leaves the player with 1x Damage
    There is no difference from enemies via these settings

      No problem! Very good tips for any newer players, or even players who want to get into running the Entropy levels, Thank you for putting out explanations like this for people, games a gem and hopefully people will get to see that and embrace the carnage of E100
      (On top of this, being a speedrunner for the game, I've spent roughly 300 -310 hours doing runs, around 200 of those are testing interactions/mechanics, I'd love to give you any clarification/help I can whenever you make videos like this, your formatting and pace of explaining things is very good)

    I would add that using Jin as your first choice will make it easier for your first run. He has slow and freeze potentials and time is slowed down when you dodge attacks. Then I’d go for Kokonoe for a ranged option and either Hakumen wich has a counter skill or Mai wich has a lot of dash attack that deal damage and dodge.

    • @drmalfunction1349
      @drmalfunction1349 Před 4 měsíci

      I chose Ragna for my first run which doesn't seem like a good choice...
      Also time is slowed for every character when you dodge, not just Jin unless that's what you meant

    • @lepcook
      @lepcook Před 3 měsíci

      @@drmalfunction1349 I dont know if it’s part of the new updates but before if you didn’t pick Jin as an evotype with other characters then time stasis (time is slowed down after you dodge) was not active. Also I only play the game in hard mode so I don’t know about it in normal.

      Beginner here, jin is busted. Had a run with jin where i got the upgraded sheathing attacks buff, and homing slash, 4-5 requirements in total when yoy include the cold tactics to slow/freeze, so youll get to it before the second boss for sure.. all you have to do is keep holding square and press L1 to throw out the enhanced fullscreen aoe. It has a lenient window where you can tap it a second time without any hard timing, which will auto-upgrade it and essentially allow you to loop it for however much mp you have, over and over, ice tactics remove the requirements to get jin's unique slow/freeze at the start so you can focus on getting this loadout in the eaely stages and get those by the time youre in space omega. Susanoo melted in less than a minute to this tactic and only hit me once with the fullscreen swipe when shifting to the second phase, otherwise it would have been a perfect kill

      The enemy takes damage when it moves. Typically, pushing them with an attack is most effective.

      He kind of like a glass cannon he uses health to make his attack and skill more powerful and if the attack hits he gets his health back

    • @nihalsingh6327
      @nihalsingh6327 Před 3 měsíci +1

      Hmm i dont know why people call him glass canon. He is literally the only one with whom i can clear entropy 55. No flasks no revives just his base kit is so good. High damage output and very strong health steal. Even if you get hit you will just recover way more with one skill. As soon as you get some levels in the right potential ability you can demolish everything with him. Its the one with the Hand and a Plus, makes yoi lose health with every attack and heals stronger when you have less health. Dont mistake this potential buff with his skill grab picture ! XD
      But yeas i feel Ragna in my opinion is the best and has the most "oumpf" i mean weight behind his attacks. I really like Jin, Mei and Es as well

    it would be siiiick to have a Guilty Gear rogue like game, like this one.. i loove this game and their should be more fighting characters into rogue like games. the controls are smooth and all of the combos are actually fighting mix-ups its amazing how well they put Blazblue characters into a rogue like game and the game itself be actually good. thanks for the videos Vee, keep em coming please 👍
