Yes, we need a way to create GSoC proposal. Open source is the most untouched thing on CZcams. I request you and every other CZcamsr to bring videos on this domain to increase the interest of the students.
Most (if not every) organization has their own template for creating/submitting the GSoC proposal. As an Ex-GSoC'er, my general advice for everyone would be looking into that and craft it accordingly. It's recommended to keep it neat and brief & simply don't make it a mini book. And always remember, Quality >> Quantity. Happy Contributing!
