I use:
Cakes:
sour cream 25% - 12 tablespoons (300 grams)
soda 1 teaspoon
sugar 4 heaped tablespoons (100 grams)
vanilla sugar 2 teaspoons (10 grams)
2 eggs
flour 2 cups and 1 teaspoon - (270 grams) - cup capacity 200 grams
Sour cream:
sour cream 25% 2 glasses and 4 tablespoons
spoons (with top) - (600 g) (glass 250 g)
sugar 4 heaped tablespoons (100 g)
walnuts 9 pieces (60 g)
For decoration:
chocolate and some milk
