The problem with our leaders in both levels of government is that ;they and their immediate families are not treated elsewhere, that is why they take too long to act. The kind of arrogance these leaders display when faced with striking workers is deplorable! There is nothing as painful as helplessly seeing a client(patient)literally dying from a problem that as a health worker could address...

Moi, despite his dictatorial tendencies, allowed a balanced resource mobilisation and was sensitive to teachers and doctors. Today's young government administrators are naive and by all means incompetent if you ask me. The kind of statements and posturing attitudes speaks volumes about their inefficiency. Very sad indeed that we are talking about exporting same professionals that are not enough to offer properly remunerated service locally locally. How gullible??
