I came out of hospital about 3 weeks ago now after falling about 15 feet to the ground off a metal racking system.I knocked myself out, fractured 2 ribs and had lower back swelling that was so bad that for a time it was to painful to stand up and walk. The best bit is I seem to have amazed everyone with the speed of my recovery. IF YOUR GOING THROUGH HELL KEEP GOING.
