If a student gets 60 marks and he's ranked 1000 and if a student gets 61 then obviously this student will be ranked 999 (if he has more marks in Maths than students who got the same Mark 61) But it can also be that a student who got 51 mark will be ranked 1000 and if a student gets 51 then that student will be ranked 999. Last year I got 51 (if I remember correctly), ente rank 1200 ullil ayrnu. It depends on what the highest score is.
