- Our horse Freya has been at the trainer for the past 30 or so days. We are so excited that today is the day we pick her up. Jonah and Emma are looking forward to working with her further but simply couldn't wait until we got a saddle!

Rocky Mountains are smooth riders, but horses In general are ‘pack’, like being in a pack, so they do not do well alone, they can get very depressed, unless you spend time with her everyday and do things with her that might help
Hi guys!! Love your videos. I’m a horse trainer, and I mean no hate at all with this next comment. Your bridle is set up wrong. You need a chin strap, and the left shank is backwards. So essentially without the chin strap that port in the bit does nothing but put pressure on the top of her mouth. I’m built just like your husband and even with a saddle he will be fine to ride her with a saddle. If you guys have any questions you can reach out to me. And I can even send the same bit the trainer had on her.
