Traveling through Western Australia looking for potential locations for leasing opportunities. Western Australia is going through a modern day gold rush, in the leasing and ground acquisition area. As there is a lot of money being made, Large mining companies find it very difficult to acquire ground to expand the leases, so what I have to do, is buy up other small leases to have ground to access for Mining. One of the best knowledge we took away, was from one of the investors who recently sold his lease for $800,000 Au to a Chinese company. His original investment was $7000. He said he wasn’t sure if the Chinese company was ever going to mine or they were just locking away the gold reserves. And in the future could resell a lease for even more. This is a fantastic opportunity for Black Gold Sands to do the same and acquire some cash to further expand the The company.
