I didn’t realize either that you’re supposed to take out the old insoles before you put new ones in! I used to just smush them in when my shoes were getting worn out.
Tip- use the old insole as a guide for cutting the new one
Taylor, I seen a study recently about light therapy and apparently GREEN led light has shown a significant improvement in both pain levels and migraine frequency, i have chronic pain myself so have ordered some led lights to give it a go, way less risk than trying another med so have my fingers crossed 🤞
I too suffer from an occasional migraine headache, let us know if it works.

Your hair color suits you so well! Now that the contrast between your skin and hair isn’t so high, your features come out more and somehow it brings out the blue in your eyes. Whatever hair color you feel happiest with though, you are gorgeous!
I highly recommend Bic’s Gelocity pens. Out of all the gel pens I’ve tried, they write the smoothest.
I’m a huge fan of Aveeno products, but unfortunately the wipes irritate my eyes. I do agree they work well.
They actually have those cap timers specifically for medication. It comes with a bigger bottle. I bought them for my dad because he could never remember if he took his meds when he was supposed to. They’re super helpful and practical!
Here's another Owala fan! Gave these to my daughter and son-in-law for Christmas as well as the kids version to my grandchildren. Your Owala color combo is my favorite! I have two 24 oz and one 32 oz. Much prefer the size of the 24 oz. So glad you introduced us to the Owala!! ❤️

I currently use the Dr Scholls work inserts. It has blue gel on the bottom and I swear they work so good I bought 2 more for my other shoes. Anytime my feet ache or get sore these help so much. I’m also someone who needs that arch support sometimes and these don’t have an arch but they relieve my feet every time

Taylor, you got me started on both the Aveeno wipes and the Javy Mocha concentrate! I have gone through at least 6 bottles of the Javy and am on my 3rd pack of Aveeno wipes. Can super vouch that if you use the ID sweet and creamy coffee creamer that you can't taste the "coffee" taste in hot coffee of the Javy Mocha, it just adds mocha flavor and an extra jolt of caffeine!

Tip for Bluetooth headphones you want to disconnect from one place (phone) and reconnect to another (iPad?) - you can just turn off Bluetooth from the Lock Screen without unlocking, and it’s disconnected.
I think I will be bookmarking many of the items you showed. My current favorite for a nice juicy pen is the Zebra Sarasa Clip 1MM. I got them on Amazon for $6-$8 a few years ago.

You need to try the SD & USB reader for iPhone! I still use thumb drives & it makes life sooooo much easier! I the iDisk multi port thumb drive thing. Basically, it has like 8 different plug in for like android, iPhone, usb, usbc, etc plus 256gb of storage. LIFE CHANGER!
