Who else has seen Sister Act 2 enough times to recognize that they used the exact choreography from the movie for Joyful, Joyful? A little less so for Oh Happy Day, because the grouping was more loose, but they were pretty faithful to the movie, npi. XD
This was amazing! I remember 10 year old me loving these songs. That version of Joyful Joyful gives me chills. It gave gospel music to a younger generation. Also the girl in the black hoodie could stand toe to toe with Lauryn Hill.
Also sharaya, the Black female rapper, is from The Four which was a singing competition. I just didn’t recognize her with hair. She was bald on the show.
I love both the Sister Acts, still, and I'm a devout(lol) Atheist. People take consolation and encouragement from many sources, and that's fine so long as it keeps to their own lives. Isis and the Proud Boys(i.e. Petulant Children) are the examples not to follow.
