I have sticker paper right now and I have scraps and I have a printer that does copies. This is something I am going to do a lot of. And for more than just washi like tape.

CLEVER! I've been using my scraps almost the same way, but I cut them and run them through my Xyron or Create-a-Sticker. That's doesn't give me the option of copying them, though, unless I copy/cut first then run them through the Xyron. Or - for those who know how to do it, you can scan them into your PC as a digital file and print as you need. Just another idea. 😉

I have been doing this for a while, using wrapping paper, normally using gold, silver, red, black, for commonly used color and other colors in need. I cut 6 x. 12 pieces and use 1 inch tape placed side by side on the back of the paper. I then can cut the width I am in need of. I can even make circles, arrows, etc... Stella (Belovedsumpter)
Finally, Sherry you gave us an idea how we can make our own "Washi" tape with so many pieces of left over scraps of paper! Mine just accumulate more and more! I have the double sticky sided paper sheets by Amazon. It is worth the investment! Thank you for sharing this GREAT IDEA!❤😅😊
The idea is terrific. How do we ensure we are not breaching design copyright in replicating papers in this way? Are we OK, as a strip does not constitue a substantial part of the whole design?
