Not their best? Out of I don't know how many songs, it's probably not their absolute number one best song ever, but it's high up there for me. It has the same high energy feel as like Asche zu Asche and Feuer Frei. Or are you one of those that says "not their best', when they actually mean it's one of their worst? Please remember to always say it's a personal opinion. You don't talk for all.

From what I guess, this song on the surface is about pyromania, but on a closer look it does kind of fit in with the contemporary criticism of america and the iraq war as well as criticism on regular people who profit from it and are in a whole more addicted to their cars and hightech lifestyle than any other "actual" drug.
The three things till in the lyrics says he needs (besides benzin) is time, oil and money. Benzin can not only be understood as fuel for a pyromaniac, but fuel in a literal sense for the economy and regular people. They save time and effort being able to use motoric vehicles, and money+oil which artists like eminem and pink already touched on were the real reasons for iraq war. The music video gives a sense of a society driven by destruction to keep their ultimately self-destructive way of life going. It may also touch on destroying the environment which also means detriment to regular people.

I'd recommend to listen to any song from LIFAD album. Ich tuh dir weh its a classic but the videoclip isnt that good, its just them playing the song, so i would recommend the live version from MSG that you can find on their official channel.
Haifish is another song from this album and its videoclip is quite good, but its not a heavy song. Up to you i guess.

Notice this song is about the love of gasoline and fire but the video with all the "explosions", features no fire.
Sadly I have to say that though this song is a banger the music video isn't near as good as the live performance (yes I know I know you can't compare the two..)... but the wink of the eye with the ripping doesn't compary to the fan going up on stage at that one performance. :)
Many songs are "needed" to see the music video as well... but this one imo isn't one of them even though the song is good.
I 100% feel you there. I fully respect the decision the band made with this MV and very much appreciate the idea behind it... but due to all the CGI it just doesn't come off as strong as intended. To be quite honest, I consider this music video far from bad, but regarding the VERY rough competition the worst Rammstein video of them all.
I see a lot of comments to Rammstein you've already done. Do people not know they can go to your channel and search Rammstein to see all that you've done already? Please do as much by them til you're sick of it, I won't be! Thanks!

The live version is better in terms of performance? This video is very odd, it's never been that good. I don't know who directed it off the top of my head but they could have done so much more with it than very bad CGI.
