After spending lots of months with an eating disorder I realized that being skinny will not make your life better loving yourself isn't only about loving your appearance you need to appreciate yourself even if they didn't like the results or the way you are you have worked hard

As someone who just recently overcame Bulimia Nervosa...Eating disorders are horrible. If your gonna lose weight do it because you want to and for health Reasons not because people make you feel bad about how you look. I'm currently overweight but I'm learning to love MYSELF ALOT more than before. I'm getting to love and accept all aspects of my complex being, I hope everyone struggling with weight and body image does same.
Currently trying to lose weight, not just because of people's opinion but due to health reasons (Obesity, Chest Pains, Arthritis) so I'm doing it for ME!❤❤❤

I kinda have the same way as her. I always ate my way out of problems and my parents encouraged me on it, but I play several sports off to try to work of my weight because it’s a habit I can’t grow out of. It’s good to know somebody struggled like I do.
It’s ok to be fat or skinny because most of the time, being fat is healthy and being skinny can be healthy too. but it’s your choice how you want to look but you have to always remember, your pretty inside and out, fat or skinny, Poor or rich, Boy or girl, your personality matter more ❤️ and sometimes we do make mistakes, we can be selfish sometimes due to our imperfection, but that’s just a bad action, it doesn’t define you as a bad person what defines you as a bad person is how you act, by acting humble or kind to others. and when you do that, your intentions should be good meaning you should be doing it out of love and kindness. if you guys have a problem, i hope you can find the solution! ❤️ Cáo!

For anybody who's over weight, I just want to say that what happened to Lina in the vid was not okay, and nobody should ever be treated like this. It's hard to lose weight over night. I used to stress eat, but I started doing mindfulness, and talking to my therapist and eventually it got better.
Everybody talking about what was wrong in this video, but people do understand this video too. The video gives us a lesson and a meaningful plot too. I was so sad when she got scammed by her own best friend!
