The problem in Ghana is that we don’t have any certification process for technicians. Be it electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry etc. until we have a process of certification with stringent inspections of work and penalties for trades cutting corners, we will always have such issues. What standards do we have for trades?
I think that because the building is closer to the sea, they should avoid anything aluminium or metal, they will rust in no time and this can happen again even if its anchoraged
