I know I'm partially salty since I'm French myself, but we didn't even surrender that much outside World War 2. Our country has the most war victories out of any country in the world, statistically. Loved the US Flag! As a US citizen THAT is a flag I'd be proud of
8:50 Honestly the meme is pretty over-used and completely wrong..many places have surrendered more than the French. Some honorary mentions for what could of been added to this flag: Germany (continuously lost wars, big guns in both world wars but lost horribly in both), Denmark (fastest surrender. They literally threw in the towel within 2 hours, basically as soon as they heard they were being attacked they gave up), Hannover (never won anything, tossed around by bigger countries, and ultimately I think no longer exists because they got destroyed. They either surrendered or didn't fight back letting themselves get taken over and beaten), I'd add Russia but sadly they don't really give up easy but do however loose hard because of it.
