If it keeps value and your salary is not 30k, it's totally justifiable. People buying the are likely to have other (more comfortable) properties.
My friend sells these kind of 'flats' often offplan and the money they buyers make by just waiting them to be completed and/or flipping them is crazy.
You’re paying for the location: zone 1 in London, endless transport options and tourist spots within walking distance
@@TheRnbf Correct. Easy access to offices, clubs and shops whether you're in business or a socialite. Crazy money, of course. Zone 2/3 are also salty prices in comparison to the countryside but short commute and plenty things to do.

It’s a phenomenal view of The City. If you can afford the penthouse, you’ll likely only stay there Monday to Friday and have a country estate for the weekends with rolling hills and everything else.

I like the other presenters but I absolutely LOVE Hannah. She could make a cardboard box seem cozy. So much of this place has so many similarities to the renovations I just did to my house here in London. Haven’t finished the rooftop yet but I think have the same skylight door 🤔

If you really like city views , the view is good and you probably won't find better but I would rather have countryside. I think that the doors for the oven should be hinged on the other side. It is not practical to take hot food out of the oven with two hands and having a door blocking your way to the rest of the kitchen
I am just watching for Hannah. She could tour me around a council house and I'd still watch. In fact, that would be pretty funny, because I can always tell when she's lying 😂

I like the heated flooring in the bathrooms! That is an added touch.😊 Yes, the roof top seating is very nice. So, this penthouse is duplexes down to the 3 bedroom area with the soft stairs that look nice!😊 I think I would have a ensuite bathroom for each of the two guest bedrooms. The kitchen looks very nice. And I think the package of the 1 or two garage spaces should be included in the total purchase if this penthouse. So, yes, this is in the heart of downtown London with great views of the city. Very nice!😊

A very beautiful home. Perfect location and decent sized rooms. However, I would say that in the living room the dining table could be smaller as it fills up the space, seating for 6 or even 4 would be better as the lounge can be used additionally when having gatherings. Other than that it is a lovely property!

10 minutes from Liverpool Street, 2 minutes from Fenchurch Street (Can see it in the video), but watch out for the buskers in Aldgate Square playing the Titanic theme at 9am in the morning.

In the main ensuite 2 spouts over the basins, one is horizontal, other one slopes down. For £4.2 million !
I feel so good about my £400k house now, feel like i’ve saved more than 4 million quid.
£4m plus service charges to live in a 1350 square foot flat in Aldgate. Hard pass. Roof terrace access looks like a headache since it's not from the kitchen floor. Bet the buyer never ends up going up there. Interior finish looks above average though.

No lift within the flat? how does one get provisions up those stairs? Nice apartment but would prefer the kitchen at the entrance than upstairs. Of course you would wear clean separate shoes in homes better than walking with socks on.

That £4m is all about the view as the flat is tiny for the money. I’d rather spend that on a Surrey mansion or somewhere where you get a lot more for your money.
Well designed but for $4.2M that is way too much for that sq footage.

£6.45 per sq.ft. according to the brochure. So just under £9000 p.a. if it's charged on internal space only.

So you can have a supercar and a parking space in central London. Obviously if you're rich. But if you live further out and would like a car, your only option is renting or shared ownership with no parking space.
