Dude, this is profound. Thanks for your vulnerability in expressing this. I've definitely felt this but have never been able to articulate it. I still feel a lot of fear towards spiraling and I've never thought about it as being a chance for discovery. I've always just been intimidated about being lost. But sometimes you need to be lost to feel found.
