Did you use OEM speaker or aftermarket? Cause you know on older iPhones, when replacing the home button the fingerprint wouldn’t work for a aftermarket button.

SAME WITH MY IPHONE 11 PRO MAX! The video won't start or any audio won't start either, both of my speaker is dead but when using blueotooth earphones, I can use the phone just fine without issues and freezing...
