The same thing happened to me. The customer service is incredible. 2 of the four glosses I ordered were incorrect and I reached out and in no time they sent me the correct glosses and advised me to keep them all. Love it! Well worth my time and money. Hourglass ROCKS!

I never realized how naturally pigmented your lips are - I think that's why the colors look different on you than when I try them, plus your skin-tone is darker than mine, and your lips are gorgeous. ✨Hi, Ginny 😊 Thank yo so much! Oh yes. I have so much color on my lips to begin with that not only does my complexion impact the color of a lipstick but my lip color does as well. The sparkles are indeed fancy, but not tacky on Halo ✨✨✨ Funny you ask that question about the sparkles. When I was swatching the colors on my arm, I tried to wipe away the Halo and there were several little bits of sparkle left on my arm. I used soap and water to remove everything. I didn't have that issue on my lips, but only on my arm. I am not a fan of glitter in general because it lingers forever, but the sparkles in Halo are not large enough to create the same issue. I hope that helps. 😊✨

They all look beautiful. I’ve been looking for a clear with a bit of shimmer to wear over matte lipsticks, so Halo could be perfect. I can always rely on Hourglass to keep it classy and not too glittery. Ignite would be my go to colour followed by Strike, but they’re all so nice. 🥰

That is great customer service, Pat McGrath did the same for me too. Those glosses look gorgeous on you, I am going to look at them in the store, I like the metallic ones but need to see the ingredients because I am allergic to so many (can't find the ingredients anywhere online) but looks like my local Sephora has them in stock. I have super pigmented lips too so many colours look totally different on my lips than swatched so also why I need to look at them in person. My faves on you was the cream nude/brown shade and bright pink.

Great review. These look like beautiful glosses. I’m obsessed with lip products lol. I like the fact that they help to conceal fine lip lines, which I have as well. The berry looks beautiful on you. I gravitate towards rosy mauve shades; is the berry really dark? It doesn’t look too deep on camera. Thank you :)

She's great 😊 She mentioned that she prefers the CT Latex because she prefers more opaque glosses and the Hourglass ones are more sheer. She mentioned that the CT ones have a taste that she doesn't like but she's willing to compromise - she likes them that much 😊. I hope that helps.🌟

What was the wear time?
✨Thanks for the question! After I read your question, I made an observation and found that it lasted from the moment I put it on in the morning until lunch time 4.5 hours later. However, I didn't eat anything during that 4.5 hour window, so it was pretty much untouched. I also didn't do a whole lot of talking during that time either. After that amount of time, it wasn't as glossy, but there was definite moisture. Had it not been time for lunch, I would have reapplied after about.4 hours just to refresh. I hope that helps ✨

Try foundation over your lips before u apply so we can see the true color
