• This trick was shown to me by a close friend. And I asked multiple times if it was okay for me to share it with everyone.
• The first part of the trick we found out together today after hours of testing different ways to get into the maps.
• As far as I'm aware, any device can do this glitch. My friend uses the switch and I use andriod
• I have no idea if other people have found this trick. I didn't know about it until my friend mentioned it to me a few days ago!

Some people make a new alternate account as a permanent wingless, by simply never collecting a wl in the first place. So long as they dont accidentally collect a wl, a wing buff, or go to eden, they are effectively immortal. You can stand in rain or get krilled all day and never be sent to the pity room.
Wait, do they just walk away from the first wl?
@@m00nvale. yes, and avoid all wl like the plague, if you accidentally collect one its over. Valley is the most dangerous realm for wingless, because there are many wl that auto collect if you get too close.
I never let anyone lead me in valley, not even my main account because i will forget. Thats happened before, and it almost gave me a heart attack hearing the collection sound, but i luckily closed the game fast enough before it could give it to me.
I never collected any WL but my wingless account somehow got sent to the pity room anyway :'(
@@gedraken9696 did you buy a wing buff from a spirit? (The padlock with wings) Because that counts as collecting a wl. I also learned that the hard way

I just wish it's possible to be capeless without doing any tricks. Invisible cape doesn't count as capeless as well

😂 hehe yes, it happens a lot in wasteland too, but most people will emote no and thank you! Its happened to me especially during recording this video 😅 I've noticed that people will honk (call) a lot when they are wanting help with lighting. Other than that I tend to fly right past them now XD
@@LuminaSky It's interesting how I still haven't found the "no thank you" emote after 50 hours of playing Sky. I think there's a deep meaning that TGC don't want to spread negativity. I will look up how to get it now :)

My friend usually plays on switch although I'm not certain 100% if he can do it on the switch or they are using a phone/tablet 🙃✨ kind of sucks if switch can't do this though

I did on switch the other way, losing all wings till next eden run, and drowning with one wing at home, then returning to previously set location through home altar
Yes you can do it on switch. Doesn’t matter what platform. Codes the same
i found out another way to do it solo is obv collect the one wl, then go home and go to the realm u want to
then go back home and drown and all of that
then once the wl shoots out, run to the shrine
then once it shatters sit and ur done :D

based on how I remember, you only need to get back the wl you lost while trying out the glitch
For some reason I thought if you went to Eden and avoided all the spirits giving you eing buffs, you could go capelss. I didn't know it was a process like this.
If you go into Eden, it gives you a winged light right before the end credits. That is why you have to watch some of the end credits before skipping them.
How do you equip clothes in sky? It says "Available in Prairie Constellation"@@chisaten
Si me funcionó, pero, si vas a hogar para ir a otro mapa, apareces en el vacío. Lo bueno es q si ya quieres tener tu capa ve a home, te llevará al vacío , agarra el ala que esta ahí, cierra el juego y cdo abras tendrás todas tus alitas de vuelta, así que puedes quitarte la capa cuando quieras❤

Does this still work if you lose all your wings except one by getting krilled and standing in dark water? Or do we have to do the “sign out” method?
I mean... You can stand in water and lose every single star you have and then go home to lose the last star. It will take a while if you have a lot of stars and you won't get all your stars back by restarting your game. (Because you lost them being krilled, staying in water) not through this glitch ✨
You should be getting all your stars back next time you go to eden tho! Unless that's not how it works anymore o.o (sorry I'm a returning veteran)
Edit: with eden I meant in orbit😅
@@crypticcypher7107 yess you can also do this to get all your wing buffs back but standard stars in the maps, you have to collect manually 😊

@@LuminaSkyif you leave the game with the capeless glitch you will be able to get your wings back but one wing is then gone

awsom thanks, i needed that, i wanted to try sky on pc but i realiced i cant link my switch account there so i said frik it, wingless account. I managed to finish the game in less than 4 hours (skipping both first worlds by getting to the wind paths early, but goofing around (time loss grr) a LOT), and its actually pretty easy, the only thing is the instant death when getting to the last eden area, and also even worse, they give u 1 wing after coming back home-

How should I recover the stars if i dont want to be capeless anymore? Do i run eden then ascend afterwards?
Ohh great question! I forgot to mention that in the video 🙃 all you need to do is close and open the game (restarting the game) and all stars will be back 😊✨

it wont work for me, when i tried to go in hidden forest it worked but when i went back home it sent me to the black box

I did signout as you said. When I signed in again, I wasn't sent to the dark room. It was normal and my wings were back. What should I do? Or is the glitch no longer working?
It could well be a timing issue 💭 I've never experienced this problem 😅 there is another way to do this and it's losing all your stars in the intented way (krill, rain, shards and dark water) but it takes longer and when you reset the game, you don't get all stars back :')
I'll do some testing in a bit to see what is happening 🌻

Question as a new player: Can I still get the wings as a cape?
so I'm wondering if we can return back in homespace and retain being capeless?.... because i saw someone at home without a cape
Yea, its easy to do. He is capeless without any glitches, like me. We simply never picked up any winged light. Even the first one
if you saw someone capeless and were not able to light them up then they were probably just a mothe who just started in the tutorial or someone in the dark room. if you were able to light then up then they might have been a hacker or a dev.
Instead of signing our can we just exit the game?

I can't sign out
If you go back home or exit the game will it still be the same?
When you go home, you'll be sent to the dark room. Capeless only works inside the maps 🍀 if you close the game and start it back up, you'll gain all your stars back ⭐

@@Cheesycaek yeah it sucks but the maps lead into eachother so you can reach each map capeless 😊 the dark room is in the same map as our home area (just hidden behind wind barriers) this is why we get teleported back 😅

Hi, I just wanna ask question...
If we do that "capeless glitch", and our wing is finally 0, will the WLs in the realm visible and we can collect it? And, if we collect it, will our wings count will be updated to that current number or will be back when we restart the game?

Good question!yes stars in maps are visible. I think you will get all stars again still when resetting the game. Because when testing this trick, i always collected one star to keep retrying this glitch. So I assume you can collect a star while capeless and if you reset the game, you'll get all stars back.
Edit - If you collect a star while capeless, you will just have one wing of flight, the number will only reset when we reset the game 🌼

HEAR ME OUT so if u do the solo trick in lsle and then leave lsle u be sent to the the pity room so be careful its not perm and u have to grab a star in the pity room :( i did this with my alt now ima have to get all the stars again 🙃

I understand that thought! I remember I did it accidentally before knowing what linking account was 💀 LUCKILY I was only a few days in as a moth but this worried me after linking the account 😂 but if you are 1000% linked then when you sign back into the game, it will load up like normal ✨

@@englishmuffin357 if you are still having worries i can share a clip of me signing out and back in through insta or disc. Totally up to you. I use google to sign in/ google play app and I've never had any issues with signing out 😊

You can lose all stars in the proper way, krills, rain, water until you have one star left. It's a bit of a pain and you won't get them all back after resetting the game (due to losing them as intended by game design) then you can just do the holding hand or warp trick 🌼

What if there are other people at home, what happens? It doesn't work?
if there are other people in home then they might try to save you lost winged light therefore making it take longer to successfully complete the glitch and become capeless. having a friend with you makes it a bit easier and they can help keep the server empty.

If you mean cape levels, try restarting your game again ! That should make your wings come back

nope! If you reset the game when you are finished being capeless (just by closing app and loading back in) you'll get all your stars back ⭐
