I grew up watching this show and it was really funny. The whole cast of crazy characters was fantastic and the great Mel Brooks directed the show along with Buck Henry. It truly was the finest in classic silliness, and more fun than a portable cone of silence!

With the you tubes and whatnot, you can go back and watch clips from all those old shows -- Partridge Family, Brady Bunch, and even the stuff that came after that like Mary Tyler Moore and later stuff like Three's Company. All of just seems TERRIBLE now... except Get Smart - - it's probably bias on my part, but the humour is classic and holds up well. Agent 99 - - one of the best straight guys to 86's goofball ever! (And nothing to do with anything, but my uncle used to have a Sunbeam Tiger just like Max... very cool uncle!)

Larry! That was great - I don’t know why everyone says you’re such a bad actor

Larry Storch, renowned for being a terrible actor, is perfect for such scenes.

(Revelation 20:11-15)And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. (Revelation 20:11-15)

Never noticed before but it appears the DJ set is borrowed from Star Trek.
