Hey Ryan I would suggest waiting at least 10-15 min after putting on the CeraVe retinol serum and before putting the face cream because the serum needs time to absorb without the process of absorption being interrupted.
He doesnt have to wait , he can just massage his skin in an upwards motion with his hands and the serum will penetrate just fine .
