Marlo thinks people are stupid. As you can see at the top of phone screen that Marlo text Ralph, "Gm Aquarius brother!! That sounds like fun I will be there." so Marlo has text Ralph before and now she wants to act like she has never text him before and whatever she has to say she will say it to his wife, Drew, and let her rely the message. Also, Marlo said she will be there. The question is where? Obviously, Ralph invited Marlo somewhere for her to say she will be there. Drew should've invited Marlo instead of Ralph sending an invite to wherever Marlo is supposed to be. Marlo tried to make a dig at Kenya about texting. Kenya's texts was totally innocent just like Marlo's text to Ralph. Marlo was being facetious.
