For 6, there is a mathematical way to solve it.
X = your current age
Y = son's current age.
Now it goes into a system of equations.
Your current age is equal to 4 times son's current age.
x = 4y
AND
Your current age plus twenty is equal to two times son's current age plus twenty.
x + 20 = 2(y + 20)
So the system of equations is:
x = 4y
x + 20 = 2(y + 20)
Now solve.
Substitute.
4y + 20 = 2(y + 20)
4y + 20 = 2y + 40
2y + 20 = 40
2y = 20
y = 10
Now that we have y, we can substitute it into an equation to solve for x.
x = 4(10)
x = 40
I chose the simple equation there, but both work.
x + 20 = 2(10 + 20)
x + 20 = 20 + 40
x + 20 = 60
x = 40

In the matchstick one we can also move a stick from 6 to make it 5 and pace it on 4 to make 9 so 6+4=4 will change to 5+4=9
The salmon sushi in the thumpnail is 2 dollars.
And the other sushi is 5 dolla

Since they are different colors, in this test it MUST be assumed that they are all different numbers, which means IT CAN ONLY BE 285.
7:29, you can take the matchstick from the 6 and put it on the top of the 4 behind the equal sign to make it 9 so 4+5 = 9
0:33 you only need 3 attempts, use 1 key on the first 2 doors, then use another key on the two doors that are not the answer. Worst case, you don’t unlock any door, but you’re only asking for how many attempts to tell which key unlocks which door

@@icedfan1104the answer in the video still isn’t the maximum though, 3 attempts each door (worst case scenario) means 9 attempts. Also, yes the minimum is 2, but that’s the best case scenario. If you’re lucky, you’ll only need 2 attempts to figure out which key unlocks which door, but you’re guaranteed to figure out which key unlocks which door using only 3 attempts.

Now Try to open the 2nd door from 2nd key. "It opens again"
Now we know that the 3rd key will be of 3 rd door only
Therefore , Ans=2
Maximum:-
The first two doors doesn't open with first key
So it is of the 3rd door
Now we open it
(3 attempts done)
The 1st door doesn't open from the 2nd key
So we know that it is of the 2nd door
Now we open it
(2 attempts done)
Therefore the 3rd key will be of 1 door
Now we will open it
(1 attempt done)
3+2+1=6
Therefore , Ans=6
For the 1st riddle it's 3 since you have to do 2 to find the first and if u guess the 2nd u can tell which goes into which
Yeah, I was thinking same. Worst case is 3 attempts, you don't NEED to check every key if it unlocks the door or not, if you KNOW it should.

Also, on the matchstick question, you could also move one matchstick from six and add it to four on the end to make 5+4 = 9

For number 15 you could move the loosely matchstick from the 6 to the gap in the edge making it 0 + 4

If we remove the bottom left stick and place it on the rhs 4 then we have 5+4=9
0:33 You only need 5 attempts it doesn't say u need to use the key for each door u only have to find the correct key for the correct door. key one 3 attempts, key 2 two attempts, key 3 no attempts became there is only one door left over.

I like these problems but there are errors throughout.
For the people that don't understand the sushi and salmon. One sushi and one salmon is 7 dollars right? Now 2 sushi and one salmon is 12 dollars.

So you take the 7 dollars from the one sushi and one salmon and the 12 dollars from the 2 sushi and one salmon
Next, u need to subtract the 7 dollars and the 12 dollars, it will become like 12-7
So 12-7=5 right?
So the sushi costs 5 dollars
Now subtract 7 and 5 like this: 7-5
7-5=2
The 2 dollars is the salmon

Then the post says "I promise you are going to love these tricky math riddles". Sorry, but no, I don't "love" them at all. I was not able to solve any of them (I stopped after four or five).
A answer is wrong 4 6 8 10 14 it is wrong
for the fifth quiz you can take 1&3 , 4&5 , 9&7 , 8&6&2 without needing to send any number back which takes 4 trips .
But you have to send a number back, since the boat can't go back on its own
