I have everything set up with PayPal, however, when I click on the item and add it to my cart. The cart does not calculate the taxes. How do I do that?

After all the setup the paypal paymen button not appears on the cart page. And my woocommerce status report not shows any errors

I followed all the steps but on my website the checkout page does show PayPal but not the actual button and when I click on PayPal it just keep loading.What could be the problem?
