How do you set how many miles you want to do?

The SC 3D Pedometer will track your miles. You can set a daily step target if you want but there isn't a daily mile target. The OZO Fitness team.
How do you stop the SC 3D Pedometer from counting steps while you drive? Please help and thanks in advance
Hello,
When riding in a car the road can become bumpy and it can be difficult for the pedometer sensors to differentiate from this movement over the movements of walking. All pedometers have this issue. Some of the more expensive GPS enabled models will erase any movements if they are captured beyond a certain speed.
That being said, you could try to shield your pedometer from these movements by placing the pedometer on a shirt or something that would help soften the movements of the car. Alternatively, you could manually erase your steps when you arrive at your destination, by holding down the bottom button while on the step screen with the clock below the line. It will flash CLEAr, when the numbers revert to zero release the button.

@@Ozofitness Thank you so much. If all else fails I will calculate the steps it counts and just subtract that at the end of each day. Great device though. So much better than carrying my phone around counting steps all day
Terrific tutorial. A small question, if I may. If I want the steps to reset every morning at ZERO - so that I'll know my step rate on each day - how do I do this please?
The SC 3D pedometer will automatically reset the steps to zero every night at midnight. Make sure you have your clock set properly with the AM/PM correctly. The OZO Fitness team.
I wish mine had worked that easily. I think I broke it on the first day I got it. 😝😝😝 The button mechanisms totally jammed or froze. Or something went wrong with it.

Mine just have a frozen line across, I can not set it.

Have you removed the battery insulator strip from the back of the pedometer?
Had same thing happen after several days of use. Checked battery, it was fully charged. Finally used paper clip on the "reset" hole on the back. That was the only way I could get it going again.
