Kristin was and is, one of the most beautiful women Iâve ever seen. The only thing next to her beauty is her talent. I canât imagine anyone else portraying that role other than her. Excellent show, excellent casting and direction. I miss this show, getting to watch it every week was truly a high point for me. Blessings to all.

You _can_ tell she's older; they couldn't possibly cast her as a teenager again in a production today, which they would be able to do if she _really_ didn't age noticeably. But she has aged very gracefully and is still very beautiful, and could I think easily pass for ten years younger than she really is.

I saw her in Reacher last night and my first thought was hey it's the actress from Smallsville. For a majority of people both you and her will mainly be remembered for Smallsville.
You will also be remembered for playing Wally West and I will also remember you for the episode of It's Alway Sunny you were in during the first or second season.

Such a lovely woman Kristin is. Very insightful, kind, charming and of course beautiful. It's good that she would want her legacy to be about how she impacted other people such as those close to her. Rather than it be about what she did for the general publicor any one show or movie.

I was halfway through this when I suddenly realized who the guy asking her the questions is. OMG ! He was the best actor in that cast. His character was the most complex and had an arc taking him to the ultimate evildoer but somehow he kept Lex human.

Have to admit that back when Smallville was airing, I like so many had a massive crush on Kristin. Still very much do. Her version of Lana for what she was and did for Clark. Always believing in him, seeing the good and the hero in him, being someone he could talk to/confide in and for loving him Truly no matter what. Have always loved Kristin similarily because of the humbleness, kindness, grace, empathy and warmth she has. Recently got a lifelong wish to see her at the FanExpo Philadelphia con. Along with Michael and Tom. Was such a joy and honor. Perhaps the best day of my life honestly.đ

She's a sweet girl. I loved her in the beauty and the beast TV show. I thought it was going to b a hot mess but she really made the story work. her acting is very natural and very subtle. Although I don't think she would have got the part without her light eyes. She's stunning but she's also a good person. It reflects in her face and voice.
Man, I don't know what it is. I never listen or watch podcasts but there is something about Michael's that draws me in. Yeah I'll admit he is one of my favorites, Who needs to say how awesome his Lex was right, friggin AMAZING he was in that role. But he is such a great interviewer and the stories he gets out of people are great. It has this "down to earth" feel and not fake or produced type of atmosphere. I hope this really takes off for him. It's to bad Warner Bros overlooked him for reprising his Lex luther role for the DCEU, he would have knocked it out of the park.
Ya the constant rebranding of franchises bored me years ago. I dont watch the Batman movies. I dont watch the Spiderman movies. I dont watch any of it. When studios no longer honor the investments made by their CHIEF investors which is the CONSUMER I just want to squat down and take a big crap on it. I mean why not? They did.

i know a lot of Smallville fans disliked Lana, and much prefer Lois. But i'm in the minority. I think Lana and Clark had the best chemistry and since there are multiverses anyway, it would've been better if Clark ended up with Lana.
The way she emoted with her eyes was phenomenal. My favorite scene in all of Smallville is when Clark has amnesia and meets up with Lana and tells her this time their relationship will be different, she quietly says "this time?" ..........easily one of the most charming and beautiful women, no wonder Clark with amnesia found his way back to her.
One curious note, i've always thought Lana's voice was drastically different in the first few episodes (almost like she was trying to mimic Joey Potter's voice from Dawson's Creek) ......then it changed back to the voice she used the rest of the series.
They never really knew what to do with Lana, she was always just the pretty girl.
Lana was perfect for Clark. Lois being with Clark was one of the things I hated in Smallville.

I think alot of people prefer Lois because of the comic book. But honestly for Smallville i prefer Clark with Lana.. they have great chemistry than Lois and Clark..

I was engaged to a girl who was a blonde but the whole time we were dating I kept thinking 'She looks like someone.' She was going through a closet at her house and found a brunette wig and put it on and I screamed 'Oh my GOD thats it! That Lana chic from that Superman show!' It was just the blonde hair that kept me from figuring it out. They could be twins. Probably all of that story thats appropriate for YT comments to delve into.

Thatâs nuts that itâs the 20th year anniversary!! One of the greatest series ever that left quite an impact on millions. Many shows try to achieve SMV status and its effect but always tend to fall short. Quite short

When Smallville came on and everyone was watching I used to tell everyone 'Enjoy it. You're watching the last great American tv show. Its history happening here.' People thought I was out of my mind. Now those same people whenever something Smallvillian comes up they're like 'How'd you know?' Just instinct. Pure gut instinct. All the craziness that the broader culture has been immersed into was already happening behind the scenes for a long time. I guess thats one reason I knew everything was about to change. There will never be anything like it again.

Ya I agree. Lex has to have a subtle vile to him. Hackman was too silly. The little dorky kid who I saw in the trailers for the Batman/Superman flick was trying too hard to be an evil genius eccentric. Spacey had potential but he never seemed to find the pocket. He was always hitting right outside which made it acceptable but not memorable which is demonstrated by the fact that I mentioned him last because I had long forgotten it.
i think back to when i was watching the show and it does indeed feel like another lifetime. makes me think maybe a full lifetime itself IS a few lifetimes really. your teens, 20s-30s, 40s-50s...etc. its really hard to remember what life felt like 25 yrs ago. easy to recall events and time stamps, not so easy for the FEEL of it... and sure we can say "time goes by so fast" but when you're in it day by day, it kind of doesnt. i think it varies year to year. but certainly looking back, it seems far away and yesterday at the same time for me.
Miss Kreuk, if you are as genuine and sweet as you are in these interviews, you will be remembered as a simply wonderful person and hearts will break upon your passing.

I feel like when someone asks you how do you want to be remembered, the real intention of the question is to ask, what kind of life do you want to lead and what kind of impression to you wish to leave on the people you interact with through out your life, because like she said like when ya dead ya dead lol, how you are remembered is defined by how you live ya know?
I like that she said âof courseâ she doesnât mind being known for Smallville or talking about it, I understand not wanting that to be the ONLY thing youâre known for.
But it almost pisses me off when celebrities seem ungrateful for their greater roles and are uncomfortable talking about it and speak regret of taking the role, it just makes me wish someone else had that part instead in that case

I was never a fan of hers, even being such a massive fan of Smallville, I just didn't like her character or maybe the way she played Lana, I don't know but regardless, it was nice to see her in this light and being funny. I did also enjoy her in the new "Reacher" Amazon series. "Reacher" was amazingly the way. "Reacher" definitely needs to blow up but stick true to what they started with, the grit and brutality, when needed, but smart enough to think a problem through. Amazing show. Don't sell out!

I was more Clark and Lana over Lois. With Lois I felt like a platonic relationship. But with Lana. I could see the two characters as a couple. Though I will admit the on and off again romance was a bit annoying.
