- During my stay in Amritsar, Punjab i explored some of the real good non veg food, fish and chicken dishes. Summary of food joints visited by me is given below, along with reason why i liked that particular food joint.
In this episode you will also see the famous Amritsari fish fry at Makhan fish corner.

Day 1: Beera chicken House: This is 100 meters away from Makhan fish, serves good varieties in chicken, popular among locals and travelers. I enjoyed chicken dish at this food joint, parking space available outside the restaurant.

Day 4: Pal da dhaba: This is a dhaba at crowded location, parking can be difficult at this location. Sitting space is a constraint here, if you are fond of kharoda or paya as commonly called in hindi or punjabi that this is a good non veg joint. Also serves other varieties of non veg food.
Price: Kharoda Rs 250 per plate

Sir your style of speaking is very brilliant,, I suggest you sir due to the English subtitles sometimes the food items is visible so i recommend you to shift the subtitles to the lower side of video
That's why I have turn off subtitles
And when he laughs lightly the sound comes is awesome too
1. In next 3-4 years, you'll get half million likes. You remind us of Vinod Dua sahab.
2. You look better in formal shirts. The presentation looks more serious and deep in formals.
Hats off to your gentlemanship.
oh great to have your comment... thanks... i spent 2 weeks in Amrtisar... every shirt t shirt what ever clothes i had got used during this 2 week period....
so nice... bohot achha hay. sir..
wow! great to have your comment... some inputs you would like to share to present non veg better?
Best series so far.
great to have your comment thanks for appreciation
Another great video. I appreciate you going behind the kitchen and speaking with chefs and owners etc. It adds an extra layer to your videos. Really interesting stuff!
I smiled at the "mayonnaise is the new kid on the block" remark because I realized things like that take lots of time to become mainstream in India. It's just a condiment here and has been around a long long time. Thank you for the interesting perspective. 👍
oh! lovely, which country are you from?
actually i don't eat much of non veg in real life, so my awareness and knowledge is what i acuire in the field or talking to people....
well... you picked this well...new kid on the block... thanks for watching this video and sharing your opinion on content quality.....
AAP KA ANDAZ BAHOT ACCHA HAI HARISH SIR 👍
wow! great hai your comment... thanks
Greetings Harish Ji !
Once again, awesome video and eloquent detailing and presentation. I will make sure to hit the joints when I would be there at Amritsar.
Sir, keep up the good work and keep us entertained. 👍
wow so to know that you enjoyed watching this......
Tempting and fresh... Memories revisited. 👍
lovely
Harish bhai explore Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Patiyala and Chandigarh city because Punjab is No.1 in India for Food 👍👍👍👍
Though I am a vegetarian, my mouth is watering with the range of dishes you have reviewed. There is no doubt that for quality and taste, Punjab is the best place for food in India. The prices though seem a little high in some of the places. It's obvious that you too are a part time non-vegetarian, but nevertheless a good review. Look forward to more reviews... Maybe from Rajasthan.? Another foodie paradise!
thank you so much... you are so right.. part time non veg food... once in 3 months or so...
well... i have been to Jaipur for visa2explore in fact one of the earlier videos.... next up is Indore after Amrtisar

Welcome change from the typical food items. You should also try Bengali veg. non-veg and sweet items. There are so many varieties!
I am keen and excited . In fact some time before april 2018, i will travel to Kolkatta and travel trough the city as much as possible. I am sure this would be the food journey of lifetime type experience.
Everyone says Kolkatta is the best place to explore food
Welcome to the world of Bengali food. Don't forget to taste the delicacies of fusion food like chicken cutlet, chicken kabiraji, fish cutlets, fish fry etc. etc besides the the traditional Bengali staple foods and sweets.
shaandar harishji

Do Explore Goa someday.. 🌟🌟😊👍
Hi, I live outside India for a long time, have been watching different food and travel blog for longtime from Rocky and Mayur to Mark Wiens, You have some thing special, I feel your presentation is very authentic kinda i am hearing it from someone from my family member. Keep the good work. Just some suggestion if its possible to add subtitle in English that will be great. One more request for the future, when I see the growing food/ fastfood Industry in India I have only one fear about the number of diabetic and other problem is exponentially increasing. May be its one of the highest in the world. Even tough I love Indian food, but due to health reason, I have to completely avoid fried food with so much spices, I wish I would know how much calorie i am eating with every food served, that would be great. That way we all could monitor our intake. Nevertheless you are doing great job, I wish you very best for future.
thanks for your inputs and appreciation of content....
A - fast food industry in india is growing, i agree it is heavy on stomach most of the times... i am actually not the best person to judge calorie but yes where ever i get to see authentic information or i have done that as home work i will surely put that there.
B. People growing fat - yes and no both - all work no play story.. only eat don't exercise will make any one fat.... i do work out every day morning 1 hours 5 am to 6 am.. have lost 7 kgs in last 8 months...
keep watching, do share your opinion on how i can make the videos better and better, you are so right when you mention about captions, i will do that in a while ....so important for people for whom Hindi is not mother tongue... CZcams has option to add captions there...thanks a lot once again....
Sir, your smile is priceless.keep going 👍

Good video, at 0:36 I have never seen such high prices for chicken.
oh! you are right little higher side
Evolution : Machine to Man kyu bhai normal price se thoda zyada hai but you never know the quantity and how popular that dish is
100-150 rupay jyada hain normal se..
Lahore main yehi rates hain
@waqas Aslam ..Bhaijaan currency rate alag ho toh aaap logon ko thora high hoga price for an example 400 rupay ka chicken 650 ke aaspass Pakistan mein..
Food prices are quite expensive

A few improvisation tips-Always use a good editor for editing like Filmora.
2.Always use a camera with the setting of noise cancellation enabled.
3.Try to wear a fixed outfit while making these videos.
4.To get subscribers use meta tags and keywords.
5.Use some cinematography effects while showing us the food.
All these will improve the qualities of your videos tremendously.
I am using camtasia studio, good editor learning to get most out of it
camera setting learning stage bought sony alfa 6300.. currently using auto mode will shift manual and do job better
3. fixed outfit i really appreciate you on noticing my dress, i need to learn.
4. meta tags - learning
5. cinematography - good input need to learn... would you like to share some video which i can see and get some tips on how to do that
thanks for inputs....
visa2explore Cinematography effect would mainly include slow motions, transitions,Zooming in and out and color changes it needs to be synchoronised with a good background music.
For eg.When you take a bite and you like the food, just put the video in slow motion at that instant and play some music in the background.Furthermore for you could also use an effect for the ratings you give to the food eg. animate a stamp coming towards the screen and when it goes away it shows the rating.
When you show us the name of the restraunt you can use the zoom in and blur effect.
All the above techniques comes under cinematography effects.(Like the one map you used in the beginning of the video also comes under the same:)).
You can just search cinematography/good effects for your editor on CZcams to learn more.
Eg
czcams.com/video/T4h6vTBzToY/video.html
watch the videos of C4Etech to understand cinematography :)
