Cristian Castro is really an amazing singer, but really really amazing with a unique voice and technique. But I think he is not valued as he deserved.

The corporate media prospers and feeds-off the systematic dehumanization and exclusion of mexicans because the government and institutions in mexico are still controlled by the Spaniards and their criollo descendants.
This is why you see Luis Miguel who isn't even Mexican by blood hog all the media and telenovelas are full of naturalized foreigners and people of European descent. It also has to do with malinchismo because mexicans are conditioned and programmed by the institutions to idolize and prefer foreign culture putting it above their own

I love how Cristian Castro respected the song, didn’t go overkill. We all know his vocal range surpasses that of Jose Jose. But Jose jose is a LEGEND and will forever be considered the prince of song. Nowadays CRISTIAN CASTRO is a very underrated singer, we have very few like him around.

Actually I think what really happened when he spoke some words was that he made a mistake, he started singing some other part of the song but when he realised that, he spoke the correct lyrics and continued singing, which for me was a great way to save a huge mistake, almost making you not notice, and of course if you don't speak spanish its even more difficult to realise haha

So they gave it to a Brazilian female singer, that didn't even came close in any way in Jose Jose powerful voice. So, he was cheated an robbed, but even though.
