Isn’t this a but hypocritical as the facilities you use, the items you wear or buy or consume come from said companies? Been green may seem like a good idea now but is in viable long term? Why not play both sides? I know this requires large capital to do but being pro green 100% is costly and make not even bear fruit. What if a disease or something happens killing off all crops and produce? If all facilities operating in renewable green energy like solar or hydro suddenly stop due to an avalanche or earthquake. To rebuild would take considerable funds and shareholders/clients will be quick to pull out the money they have invested with you or may ask you to add all the scrutinised and excluded companies back into their portfolio.
