We bought this pump and been using it for 3 weeks and now and today all of a sudden it’s been getting stuck.. giving me no suction! I haven’t been able to figure it out even after changing and checking all the parts ! The rubber circle that moves up and down won’t rise evenly getting stuck. What can I do to fix it.
