Yeah, FNR sounded like it doesnt know if Forward Neutral or Reverse. Great that they fixed it for free.

It is always a good thing when you that kind of a surprise. And Spring? You're kidding? Here in NYS, I've got snow covering my yard and driveway. Even the tree branches are covered in ice. I'm guessing a total of about 2 inches since last night. I had a FedEx delivery and the driver actually walked uphill up my driveway rather than take the chance of having the truck slip and slide on the snow/ice that covers the dirt/stones of my driveway. I gave the driver 5 stars and wrote a thank you since it could have been left all the way down at the bottom.
So, I'd give that cub cadet dealer a 5-star review too, but I suspect you'll do that, if you haven't already.
I've seen that trailer in your parents' yard in previous videos. I trust all is ok with it. I've seen recent videos of folks with 'RV' problems and having to deal with dealers in Indiana. Hope it's not happening with them.

I have had mine for three years(zero turn 42”), and a couple times every season it decides to refuse to give me any indicator on the screen at all. I have to power cycle with the charger a number of times to get it to come on, and FNR is what I need to happen to get it going again. You just hold the eco and headlight button until it brings you into the calibration mode, run through the stops, and then it’s good to go again. Great mower *when it works.*

I am currently deciding on a Electric Lawn Tractor. This is great to know, that club cadet fixed it for you. It looks to be near exactly the same as the Troy Bilt Super Bronco 42E...but i noticed that the warranty is a bit longer/better with the cub cadet, well worth the extra 300 bucks or so on upfront sticker price, i would say. So my decision is now between the Cub Cadet and the Ego T6 Tractor. I am leaning toward the Cadet, because it will have alot more attachment options. Do you think it would hold up well for snow removal during the winter?

My guess before I see the end of the video is that it needed to be reooted. Remove the ground from the battery wait an hour and reconnect. If that fails maybe the forward reverse switch needs looking at.

It's an electrical fault, most-likely a programming fix. I've driven EV's for many years and one of my EV's had a fault recently, took it to the repair shop, they uploaded a new software version, and it was fixed, no charge. EV's are WAY better than gasoline.

So when we took it to the dealer they didn't say exactly what they did it was software related but also the break switch was not calibrated or got out of calibration They also fixed that.
