Late, but I think it’s meant to discourage jackhammer strafing with this character, since he’s a sniper engineer.
I have no clue what they were thinking when putting it on Rock Pea.
It actually curves in the direction you're moving. Which is hard to use but I think it's a good thing.

The fact that the stun grenade cancels abilities while they’re active is one of the only reasons I love engineer.

i myself main painter, hes really good. just keep in mind that your projectile is effected by your movement, so trying to attack while on jackhammer is not usually a good idea.

Reason for your painter aim being of, apparently painter's and another plant i cant remembers, projectile seems to lag behind painter when he moves while shooting do you need to lead your shots a bit more then other snipers to hit shots
The mods are the reason why we should play on pc and also the reason we shouldn’t play on pc

How do you do that trick where you use the middle ability while jumping?
A bit late but, just press both the jump and ability button at the same time, works with most abilities in the game, even taunts work too.

Because they’re losers who want to make the game unplayable / unfun for everyone, so will sometimes just crash the server for no reason or if they’re losing
