Here’s some things I would schedule: -Appointments & Meetings -Birthdays & Anniversaries -Classes / Work -Lunch & Breaks -Workouts -Side gigs -Commuting time (optional) -Hangouts w/friends / family Time blocking is optional but personally for me, I’d rather not. It makes my calendar look that little bit messier. You also don’t need to schedule your free time when there will always be space and time left on your schedule for yourself. 👍 🗓️

Same^ work is yellow, leisure and friends is blue, dates and events purple, home things are green.
Google calendar is so handy I don't know why I didn't use this until now.
