MrJoey65521 Actually, I'm not a fanboy at all nor do I think that Goku is the strongest because I know there can be more than just 2 characters who can be on a different level than where Goku is right now, but I was just stating that by far he is one of if not the most powerful Manga/Anime character I've seen yet I do remember Roshi telling him that there will always be those that are much stronger and more difficult opponents for him even at when he's in his best. So in that case I am not a fanboy, and I only enjoy Anime/Manga just fine which I'm not the over-the-top type so clearly you must've misunderstood me.

Obito, after regaining perfect control over himself, uses the Truth-Seeking Balls to destroy the parts of Minato's Hiraishin Kunai that they come in contact with. You can clearly see that ONLY the parts of the kunai that come in contact with the Truth-Seeking Ball staff are destroyed.
He also uses the Truth-Seeking Ball STAFF, not a bladed weapon, to slice off Minato's arm.
It destroys physical matter in an instant, so it doesn't need to be bladed because it is similar to Onoki's Dust Release, it destroys all matter at a molecular level.

Obito uses the Truth-Seeking Balls to destroy the Amaterasu around him, covering his body.

'Negate Ninjutsu' wasn't refering to the fact that they destroy Ninjutsu, it means that they stop Ninjutsu or other techniques from working after they were hit by them.
Remember, they were shown destroying Physical Matter and Energy even before they gained the ability to 'Negate Ninjutsu' so obviously they destroy MORE than Ninjutsu.

The ONLY thing that has been showed to even touch the Truth-Seeking Balls so far is the Senjutsu powered Water Candy Cannon, used by Gamakichi.

No coming back from the dead. No undoing death. No second chances. You are finished off, right away.

Guess what, Minato's soul is still missing an arm, meaning that it does destroy souls. If you are hit by the Truth-Seeking Balls, that is it, there is no redo. No reincarnation, no bringing yourself back, no changing reality so that you didn't die, nothing. Everything is gone, you don't exist anymore, your powers don't exist anymore. Everything about you is gone, for good.
You do realize what this means right? Alucard, Bleach-verse, Touhou-verse, Medeka Box-verse, and pretty much everything else from every series that has either reality warping or death changing powers becomes very much easy to beat for a Truth-Seeking Ball user. If they lose their body AND their soul, they don't exist anymore. If they don't exist, they can't come back to life or use any reality warping powers.

Obito uses the Truth-Seeking Balls to surround himself and creates 4 Ten Tailed Beast Balls, because his Truth-Seeking Ball destroys all energy, the blast of the attack was instantly destroyed before it could affect him.
No matter the size of the explosion, if all of the energy behind the explosion is destroyed before it reaches the user, it doesn't matter, the same with the power of the explosion.

Obito uses the Truth-Seeking Balls in the form of a person sized shield to defend against a Senjutsu Powered, MOUNTAIN SIZED, Rasengan made by Naruto and Minato. Despte having a weakness to Senjutsu, the Truth-Seeking Balls are still able to withstand the force of such a devastating attack with only cracks.

Obito uses a barrier to defend against a Senjutsu empowered Susanoo sword strike and Senjutsu powered kurama strike at the same time.

Obito defends against a Senjutsu enhanced Tailed Beast Ball, and a Senjutsu enhanced Susasoo arrow-like attack from Sasuke and Jugo, with the Tailed Beast Ball coming from Naruto.

Madara uses his Truth-Seeking Ball rod to cut Minato's arm right off, and it doesn't heal at any point in the future, just like the arm that Obito had cut off.

Obviously, the Truth-Seeking Balls are something you do NOT touch!
Note: Those who have Six Paths Senjutsu or Six Paths Power are immune to them, and thus can touch them.

Madara uses his Truth-Seeking Ball staff to destroy the Afternoon Tiger (Daytime Tiger), used by Might Guy.
Daytime Tiger: A purely Taijutsu in nature move that is nothing more than a very fast punch. Making the handshape of a tiger, forming a fist, the user launches a punch that creates a strong air pressure that will condense as it is moving, and become more focused. The attack then explodes on command, realeasing the condensed air pressure in an instant. A massive explosion that dwarfs the Island Turtle can be made, and felt signifigant distances away.
No chakra, Madara used the Truth-Seeking Balls to defeat an attack that used NO chakra in the slightest. No chakra was used, and it was still negated. No chakra, attack negated, no chakra, attack did not word, no chakra, useless against Truth-Seeking Balls, no chakra, attack did not work.
"Is seems as though that Taijutsu all our final hopes were riding on didn't work either..." Kakashi Hatake quote from Chapter 667.
Taijutsu, hand to hand combat, is worthless against the Truth-Seeking Balls.
"Without even invoking them, they can change their form with almost limitless reserve. Whatever they touch disappears... that's what I've come to understand thus far." Minato Namikaze quote from Chapter 669.
'Whatever they touch disappears' - WHATEVER they touch DISAPPEARS
Whatever - Used to emphasize a lack of restriction in referring to any bthing or amount, no matter what. At all, of any kind.
"They can fly around 70 meters.. any further than that and he loses control over them." Minato Namikaze quote in Chapter 669.
'Loses control over them.' - Not that they vanish, just loses control. Control is regained when the user is back within the 70 meter range.

Might Guy uses the Air Cannons produced by the Evening Elephant to attack Madara, and Madara creates a barrier with the Truth-Seeking Balls. The second the air cannons touch the barrier, whatever they touch are instantly destroyed. Even air itself is destroyed by the Truth-Seeking Balls.
In ALL 4 Air Cannons that are used against Madara, each of them is missing a chunk of them, and that chunk that is missing is in the shape of the amount of Truth-Seeking Ball barrier they come in contact with. No chakra was used in these air cannons.
Chapter 669: Semi-Weakness
The Truth-Seeking Balls can be teleported via two methods, Kamui and Hiraihin. Minato, once hit by Madara's Truth-Seeking Balls, teleports away with them, but they still destroy part of his jacket. Kakashi uses the Kamui to make a person sized hole in a Truth-Seeking Ball barrier, which Might Guy uses to enter the barrier an attack Madara.
They still regenerate the amount they lose, and all the user has to do is go to their location and they get them back.
Also, if you need to touch them to teleport with them, you will have part of your body disintegrated, and if the user expands them you die.
Note: Might Guy's attack NEVER once touched the Truth-Seeking Balls, he punched MADARA in the back, and MADARA's body touched the Truth-Seeking Ball barrier. Might Guy never once touched the barrier, he used Madara's body to protect him from it. ALL of this is clearly, and utterly visible in the manga if you actually read it.
'Someone kicked my Gudoudama...!?' Madara Uchiha quote after Naruto Uzumaki, after gaining Six Paths Chakra and immunity to Truth-Seeking Balls, kicks his Truth-Seeking Ball he was going to use to destroy Might Guy. Chapter 672.
Madara was surprised somebody was capable of touching the Truth-Seeking Balls, proving that Might Guy never once touched the Truth-Seeking Balls during the fight.

Naruto uses one of his Truth-Seeking Balls to create a Tailed Beast Ball Rasenshuriken, and the explosion of the attack destroyed multiple planetoid sized objects and easily dwarfed a nearby ocean in size.

When Minato was returning to the afterlife, it SHOWS his soul, the very core of his very being... and it was without any arms. Minato, despite becoming a soul again and going to the afterlife, had NO arms! The arms that were destroyed, were destroyed down to the very soul. Minato has no arms, his soul has no arms... he is armless now. This is PROOF that the Truth-Seeking Balls destroys right down to the very soul.
'This is the creation of a new dimensions.' Black Zetsu quote from Chapter 689, in reference to Kaguya making a Truth-Seeking Ball much greater than others in size, which never reached it's full size.
Note: Kaguya created 5 KNOWN dimensions, meaning that even haters can't deny that she has the power to create and destroy entire dimensions at a whim.

Toneri Otsutsuki: User of the Truth-Seeking Balls.
Toneri Otsutsuki uses the Truth-Seeking Balls to form the Silver Wheel Reincarnation Explosion, which is an attack that creates a silver whirlwind, and uses that whirlwind to destroy VAST amounts of the moon with ease. The attack continued to grow larger and larger even after it destroys much of the moon.
"I'm going to destroy you and the Earth now" Quote from Toneri Otsutsuki during Naruto the Last, as he uses the Silver Wheel Reincarnation Explosion and prepares to destroy Naruto and the Planet. The Silver Wheel Reincarnation Explosion is a Truth-Seeking Ball based attack.
Toneri uses the Truth-Seeking Balls to create the Golden Wheel Reincarnation Explosion, to form a huge golden sword and he uses it to cut the moon in half with a single stroke of the sword.
The users of the Truth-Seeking Balls are: Naruto Uzumaki, Asura Otsutsuki, Hagoromo Otsutsuki, Hamura Otsutsuki, Obito Uchiha, Madara Uchiha, Kaguya Otsutsuki, and Toneri Otsutsuki.

What have we learned?
The Truth-Seeking Balls, like the Dust Release, destroy all things at a molecular level.
The Truth-Seeking Balls are capable of easily destroying things that are NOT made of chakra, just the same as anything else.
The Truth-Seeking Balls, are capable of destroying things that are capable of destroying anything.
The Truth-Seeking Balls, negate regeneration techniques through the use of Yin(Spiritual)-Yang(Physical) Release. They destroy both Physical Matter, and Spiritual Energy.
The Truth-Seeking Balls can not be touched by a non-Six Paths Sage Chakra or Power user.
Ki from DBZ, Spirit Energy from Bleach, anything from ANYTHING would be affected by the Truth-Seeking Balls.
Have you noticed that EVERYTIME the level of destruction they cause is mentioned, the literal definition applied to them involves complete destruction.
The only way to destroy them is with Senjutsu, the art of mixing Natural Energy with Chakra and creating Senjutsu Chakra, or by using the user of the Truth-Seeking Balls as a weapon so that you don't have to touch them.
When the user forms a sphere around themselves, they become immune to ANY level of destruction. If the planet is destroyed, big deal, any part of that explosion that comes in contact with the barrier is destroying, keeping the user safe.
If the galaxy is destroyed, big deal, the same as before. Any part of the destruction that comes in contact with Truth-Seeking Balls is destroed at a Molecular Level, thus leaving the user completely safe.
If the Universe is destroyed, same thing, as long as the user forms a barrier around themselves they can withstand ANY levels of destruction.
Users of the Truth-Seeking Balls have it so that 'Logic no longer applies to me...' as put by Obito.

If you think that Truth-Seeking Balls only destroy chakra, remember that they destroys attacks NOT made of chakra, and were clearly stated to have the ability to destroy things on a molecular level instantly.
If molecules touch them, if pure energy touches them, if anything touches them that isn't related to Senjutsu Chakra of Six Paths Sage Chakra... it is destroyed. It doesn't matter what it is, arguments are useless against it, because the evidence is there.
You can be 'Invincible' and they would destroy you by destroying every single molecule that makes up your body.
You can have all the power in existance, and they would destroy you the second they touched you.
You can be the physically strongest being alive, and they your strength would be pointless.
You can be somebody throwing around Blackholes, and those Blackholes would still be destroyed, and the guy throwing them disintregrated.
