@Ocean I hope you see this comment. Its a very honest comment from a long time fan and student of the game. These drop clashes, though seemed to be fun, but i dont think they were necessary in this particular tournament where matches were very less. Yes, as entertainment is a big part of any sporting event, these kind of things definitely are entertaining to watch, but as professional players representative of big orgs and in some cases of the country as a whole, i feel its wiser not to be going for these. If this happened in the round robin phase of BMPS for example which is a longer format, it would be suitable, coz the longer format would get boring without excitement like this. But in showdown, in these little number of matches, its completely unnecessary and i daresay it has ultimately harmed both teams involved as far as the results are concerned.

Being a neutral fan , it is utterly shameful coming from both the teams. Targeting each other in an official lan event with a chance to play international on the line , is seriously unnecessary. If they had certain issues , they could have sorted it out face to face.

Soul had a upper hand in this tournament. They were already selected for PMWI.
One thing needs to be mentioned here. Krafton put Soul in this tourney just because of VIEWS. Not digestible right? Just think. Why was this tournament organised? To select a team for PMWI afterparty, right. But twist is that even if Soul wins this tournament, they would NOT get that special invite. Now, do you find any other logical explanation other than this? Answer is NO.
Now coming back to the point, Soul could have allowed everyone to play on their own. Their motive was not letting GODL to go International, but what would be the benefit of this? In the next tournament, Godl will again target soul and this cycle will continue till ages. Loss is of both the teams.

The fact that no ones talking about Godl was winning the fight in georgopool but GE backstabbed Jonathan and scenario changed after that soul didn't moved a bit and Godl players didn't had any smokes then they had to run in open to move to zone. Soul would have never rotated to zone if Godl players started camping at that point. It would had lead to both team killing due to zone. It was a clear teamup from GE which should be taken into action.

I personally think it was a great move by soul they knew godL is their biggest competition and if they manage to qualify it would be even harder for them in pmwi.people need to understand it's not ego satisfaction it's just basic looking out for the future.the one in fault here is godl knowing that they would get targeted they still didn't change their drop and that's ego nothing else

I Believe what soul did was very unethical not because they targeted godl but the tournament they did this tournament was to determine the second slot for pmwi. No matter how badly you hate ghatak and neyoo we can't deny the fact they are one of the best team in India they could have played this tournament normally and should have taken revenge in next tournament like not even let them qualify to finals
