  • The labyrinth has been a main place to release.
I've walked almost 200 times since March 2021
    Each time, a different experience.
Different lyrics would come at different times and sung newly.
I finally put them together here.
*Notation will be transcribed with a tutorial eventually at

"I Release and I Let Go" by Miranda Rondeau on frame drum
I release and I let go
all that doesn't serve me now
I release and I let go
    all that’s weighted me down
    I release, I release, I release
I release and I let go
    I release, I release, I release
I release and I let go
I release and I let go
of my need to always know
I release and I let go
of my need to always control
    I release, I release, I release
    I surrender to the flow
    I release I release, I release
    I trust in the flow
I release and I let go
    all I've ever known
    to be reborn
    reborn again
    from the infinite divine void
    I release, I release, I release
I release and I let go
    I release, I release, I release
I release and I let go
I release and I let go
    who I've always been
    to be reborn
    reborn again
    from the infinite divine void.
    I release, I release, I release
I release and I let go
    I release, I release, I release
I release and I let go

Beautiful! Here in the Adirondacks of New York, we walked and drummed with our frame drums today on World Labyrinth Day, too. Your song was perfect...thank you for sharing.

Thank you and so good to hear you played frame drums in your labyrinth to celebrlate labyrinths. Love finding other lovers of both frame drum and labyrinths.

I'd love to learn this one. I couldn't find it in your library. May I ask if it is available?

Thank you. I haven't taught it yet. It's on my list. It would take 3 weeks to teach live and it's a level 2 with Intro pattern, Part A patterns and part B patterns. So lot's to remember in the body and practice in between classes. Putting it together with voice requires more concentration than people realize. There is always a pre-requisite. My Introduction minimum or fluid in playing patterns easily when hearing it recited and fluid in reading drum notation and previous experience in learning a song while drumming for level 2. Those are my suggestion for a smooth learning process. Learning to learn how to drum and sing is best starting with simple songs first. It's easy to get burn out if your first learning experience is too hard. I've watched even experienced students be challenged.
