Fading Steps
- Trim sides with 5 guard.
- Set in guideline with 0 lever closed
- lever open set in next guideline
- 1 guard lever open next guideline
- 1.5, 2 , guard blend up
- Clipper over comb
- Blend second guideline w/ .5 guard open to 3 qtr
- Continue blending second guideline w/ 1 guard 3qtr
- Blend first guideline w zero, lever closed
- Open lever half way, continue blending
- Continue blending with lever open
- Do any touch up work
- Use trimmers to take out bottom hair
- Use electric shaver
- Do any line up with trimmers
- Shave with straight razor

It means to just get rid of excessive hair
These guys are great barbers forsure but the cut and beard trim this time needed work...Sometimes barbers have off days thoe, but the cut and beard trim both could have been better, the blend on his beard on the right side was off and needed to be blended more and the taper needed more detailing.
