This was my first ever save file since SV 1.3 that I completed, so there were a lot of renovations that happened.
Decided to do a farm tour (plus the island farm) before I retire from this save. I'm not much of a hoarder so I have a hard time filling up sheds. Hopefully I get to make displays in my other files.

When you start out as a farmer in a sleepy small town and then become the owner of 99% of the wealth as well as friends with literally everybody, including magical creatures living in caves and sewers.

@@dominoot2652 if you mean that seriously, no not really. Presumably they didn't do anything to cheat or game the system to get all that wealth unfairly. If you're making a lot of what people are willing to pay for, then you getting rich and expanding your business to give more of what people want and get more rich is only natural. Nothing evil about that.

Your farm is incredible! I don't think I'll ever get to 100% cause I'm terrible at combat and fishing, so it's nice to see what other people achieve!
you can make lots of money without fishing, btw. Farming is the best method for that. That's why it's called a farming game :)
@@johnjp7436 yes, but this person is talking about getting the 100% perfection rate which means doing every single thing in the game, including fishing (getting every single fish) and combat (finishing the adventurers guild eradication quests).
i'm also pretty bad at fishing but two things that have really helped me are of course, levelling up as high as possible in fishing, and the trap bobber specifically as a tackle. i eat some dish o the sea or seafoam pudding if the fish is particularly hard. then from there it's pretty reasonable to try to catch a hard fish.
Do you need 100 percent for all this?
Same 😅 but here's some tips:
Use crab pots, they level up your fishing skills and make the green bar longer.
Use different types of tackle (need an iridium rod to use) to find which ones work best for you (I like the barbed hook)
Use recipes that increase fishing/combat skills
Remember to bring a lot of food in the mines and don't be afraid to eat it.
Try and find a prismatic shard as soon as possible to exchange for a galaxy sword at the desert pillars. I was lucky enough to find one in the quarry (you have to mine the rocks with swirls, its really rare tho)
Daggers are terrible, never use them.

lol I had no idea there was an "add to existing stacks" button when you click on a chest, I've been manually clicking each item this entire time like a scrub.
That button came in...I believe it was the 1.4 update. I literally cried when that came out

There's always updates as I'm sure you know so...yeah that's why it might seem so new sksks. The last update was esp big

i started playing this game not long ago but i love watching videos maybe even more than playing and this is so far my favorite!!! it looks so pretty and well organized while still being completely useful. i love the little part in the middle of the farm with the little lake (?) the most bc i always wondered what to do to make that part of the farm look ok and you made it look great!! the sheds also look amazing, very organized and pretty. and the trees with the grass all around makes the farm look so lively and full ^^ love how many details there are to the entire farm

Watching these tours it makes me realize how surgical my own farm is. I mean sure I’m pulling down almost 7,500,000g per season but at what cost?!? Have I become the very thing i came to this valley to escape? A bland soulless machine existing only to reduce expenses and maximize profits?!?
