I live a couple hours drive from London, Ontario where Paradigm Spirits is located. I visited during Covid lockdown and purchased a bottle of their own distillate. Honestly it wasn't the best I've ever had but I believe in supporting the little guy because eventually they'll make something better or even great. I remember seeing a more expensive and higher aged bottle and passed on it. I thought let's see what they can do with their own juice first. I should have bought both.
