Please stop jumping to conclusions. I'm going to give you some information about that country. They may well know how to remove the cyst correctly but legally, as in the U.S., they're not allowed to do it. Vietnam has a shortage of doctors in many areas and lots of people choose to have spas perform things like this rather that go to a doctor (even though they actually call themselves doctors and they're not - much like our chiropractors here in the U.S.). Another thing I see is people here in the U.S. saying that they should be taking antibiotics. Well, antibiotics are OTC there and they've been so overused and abused for every little sniffle (like we keep doing when we think we know more than a doctor) that they have become resistant to them. As many people know, antibiotics ONLY work for bacterial infections not viral infections and it can be very detrimental to take them if you don't know exactly how and why you take them. There are almost no antibiotics in Vietnam that work on the population anymore. So...shortage of doctors. Not a lot of money. Lack of medicine. Strangers on the other side of the world with low information comparing their situation to yours and thinking the situations are the same. They aren't.

They're not doctors, so they're not allowed to stitch, that's why they don't make wider incisions. And they're not allowed to use any kind of dumbing, either...

first one is BRAZY and its thru a previous scar meaning i bet that cyst was "taken care" of before and regrew because part of the sac remained and by the looks of it might happen again. poor thing
Uh, what? I hope you're not suggesting that this is the result of not washing. I don't know what you mean by "wee" though because that makes no sense to me. This is caused by an ingrown hair. I mean you can see the hair in the macerated skin cells.

Make the incision a little bigger so you don't have to squeeze forever.
