Just got back from my first gig with it. Great sound en absolutely rocksolid! @@Damianblf
I’ve owned this pedal since the day it came out. I absolutely love this pedal. I play both Rockabilly and surf rock on the Rumble Seat. Thanks for another great video! You’re the best.
Thanks for watching Mike & Keep on Rockin' brother. :)
Yes! Radiation Ranch!!! Sounds great Damian! Always awesome content. Keep it coming!
Have met Jack and Joe a few times at Sweetwater - very nice couple of guys! Glad to hear you're on board with this pedal and their company - they deserve the support!
Great review Damian. Your videos are always inspiring from the playing to the positive messages. Thanks brother. Keep rockin’!

Brilliant performance and sound!
Fantastic playing, fantastic demo, LOVE your vids, keep 'em coming! 👊🏻 Think I'm now gonna go buy this pedal... 😆👍🏻
Thanks for the review, Damian. Ironically I was just researching the options on reverb and delay and then I saw this new post. Nice demo!
Thanks for watching Art. :)
This guy always gets a thumbs up! Great licks! Waggin my index finger in time! Great licks!
Awesome demo, thanks!
Thanks for watching :)
Awesome pedal! Thanks for showing the settings for example.
Awesome demo mate.
Thanks for being the cheeriest gear review I've seen in months
Thank you Joel :)
Damian always a pleasure... greetings from Italy🤘🕶
Thanks for watching Patrick. Keep on Rockin' :)
Yer guitar playing is freaking awesome and very inspirational to me bro! Thanks for the great demo, sounds awesome and I just got mine a few days ago and love it, The way I feel right now it’s like one of the best pedals ever made, three in one, beautiful organic and analog sound, and very simple to use, love it!
Thank you very much for the kind words. Congrats on your new pedal. :)
This is the most inspiring rockabilly pedal demo I ever watched!!!
Thank you very much. Keep on rockin' my friend. :)
Great demo, love your playing Damian, very cool pedal!
Thank you for watching. :)
Awesome video as always Damian. A video I'd love to see from you is a short guide for someone buying their first rockabilly guitar... There are so many options, even just amongst Gretsch models, and a high level overview with some basic recommendations would be awesome.
This sounded awesome. Great job.
Great playing as always boss. Nice enough pedal and you did them justice. 😎🎸🎙✅
Wow Damian , that James Bond segment was freaking awesome 😎!!!! You're awesome, I love your posts. Keep em coming Buddy.
Thanks for this review Damian. I just got this pedal based largely on your endorsement. I'm not experienced with using effects so I found this really helpful. In fact, I wrote down some of your settings so I can get a base understanding and then adjust when I know more about what I'm doing. I'm also now taking your rockabilly course and it's a fun challenge. Please keep contributing.
Thank you so much for the support. Glad you're enjoying the lessons. Hope you dig the Rumble Seat. :)
Excellent playing and a great demo! I love mine!!!
Thank you :)
Great playing as always. Lunch bag is very cool. 👍
That pedal sounds full with your 6120 and the effects were easily understood. Looks like a player could shift gears on the fly unlike many effects that assign numerical values on little screens... A gigging guitarist could just reach over and tweek a knob without losing a beat. Great review!
I appreciated your selection of demo tunes especially the 007 bit...
RIP Mr Bond!
Great Video Damian :)
Great review. I’m bought a Gretsch on a whim (I have five now) and I’m just starting to get into rockabilly. This pedal seems really good. I liked and subscribed, looking forward to seeing more of your content
Nice playing! I like single control, Fender BF-style reverb also! Thanks for Putting out that the Delay does not muddy up the brightness/tone -Good to know about the pedal.
WoW. Cool pedal and masterful licks guy! Loved 'em all! Yay
Thank you Doyle. :)
I bought one and it's fun. Thanks for the review!
Enjoy the pedal Frank and thanks for watching the review. :)
Great demo - now I want to buy this pedal!
Thank you for watching the review Richard. :)
Great playing, sounded awesome 🎸💪
Thank you very much. Keep on Rockin' :)
I saw that pedal in the Sweetwater catalog, and wondered what it sounded like. I like it. Thanx Damian.
Thank you for watching. :)
Fabulous demo I think I just saw an entire concert. LOL playing long time my friend and having a great time with your good rocking videos I purchased. Definitely learning a lot having so much fun. Now you just took it to the next level I absolutely need that pedal. Though I have many things that can get Echo. That is a very versatile Dynamic pedal. Thank you be healthy friend
Thank you for watching & thank you very much for the support. I really appreciate it.
Killer Sounds Damian!
Thank you Robert. :)
Man what playing just so good, always inspirational.
Thank you Anthony :)
Love the pedal indeed!! Man you just ooze the juiciest, tasty licks ever!! You inspire me, love your playing
Thank you very much Ken for the kind words. Keep on Rockin' :)
Thank You ,Damian 👍🎸😎🎶🎵💜
Awesome playing! You’re a virtuoso no doubt! Pedal sounded great too!
Thank you for watching. :)
Thank you for the comprehensive demo & recommendation. Great music, too- I appreciate the 007 riffs considering that we just lost Sean Connery yesterday. I want that lunch sack and after reviewing my pedal board, it appears that I can buy this one and sell a few others on Reverb or eBay thus making it a wash!
Tote my lunch nearly every day with it! The pedals pretty darn nice too!
This sounds really great to me ! Not only great sound but also great playing ! You rant and rave !
Thank you for the kind words Johan. :)
Yes, it will definitely rockabilly.
Thanks for watching the review Scott :)
Great sounds great playing
Thank you Jeff :)

This is a great peddle, I bought it like a month and a half ago, if I hadn’t already purchased it, I surely would after seeing this video!
Good pedal and great playing. If all that material was transcribed in your courses I would sign up right now. Nice songs.
Glad you enjoyed the video review & thank you for watching. :)
Wow I might have to get one. I really like the overdrive on it.
Im sold. Damien you are so trustworthy. Im getting a fender squire soon. Om getting this pedal.
Thanks for watching the review Vince. :)
Sounds great!!!
Thanks for watching & keep on rockin' :)
Hey Damian loved this vid the best so far,,,,,, WHY? . I'm older and an echo and reverb freak. I cut my teeth on the shadows I was 13 when I got my first real guitar... a "66 Fender Mustang"
love your playing and inspired me into learning rockabilly....I'm just picking up the guitar after many years.....I have an original Hagstrom super suede and a musicman RP112, a cheap tele and my old friend space echo re 201...(needs some tlc )..your attitude is pure joy ...cheers
Thank you Marsha. Glad you enjoyed the demo. Great to hear that you're playing guitar again.

Great pedal.Leaves room for others.
Thanks for watching the review :)
I love the Living End riff in there.
After seeing your video I wanted this pedal. Not easy to find in Belgium but finally I found one in Italy. And yes, she's fantastic!! Now my pedalboard stay at home, just that Rumble Seat in my Gigbag and let’s go rock’ n roll ... 😉
Awesome, glad you found one and thank you for watching the review. :)
Ordered mine!
Great pedal. You'll enjoy it.
Thanks for watching the review Frank. :)
Wow , wonderful dear friend.
The Nocturne Mystery Brain BS-301 is the best rockabilly pedal I’ve come across.
Always nice to see people having extra tips :)
I use a Mooer Reecho for the a delay these days, and I am very content with it. Tho it is difficult or tricky to use some overdrive in Rockabilly songs, because it often takes away the clean tones.
I don't have that one, but Tavo makes some GREAT stuff for Rockabilly. I've got the Ubangi Stomp and the Nocturne Dyno-Brain and they're awesome. The fact that he uses top-quality components makes it an even better purchase. I wanted to get the BS-301 but I already have the Roland Space Echo pedal so I haven't purchased one . . . yet!
@@Newwaver2007 avoid overdrive and get to know pre-amps. The rockabilly tone is all about small amps run hot - overdrive is too much. Nocturne has about 4 different pre-amps to pick from that will put you in the '50s inna minnit. Nobody ever sells them second hand - that's always a good marker!
I would love a Mystery Brain, but it is more of a want, than a need. Bit of slapback, reverb in the amp and a big orange guitar is all anybody needs! The rumble seat sounds great, - I will add it to my list of things I would like but don't need!
sounds great
Wow, this pedal sounds really amazing. And it's only 1 instead of 3......... Will look if I could get it in Europe.
Thanks, Damian!
Great pedal!
Sounds pretty good!
Got mine over the weekend. It’s a great pedal. Love the drive on it. I use it with the mystery brain. The echo on the brain is just better to my ears
Awesome and thanks for watching for demo.
Keep on rockin' brother!
DAMIAN
Superb demo and playing! You rockabilly’d, jump blues’d and spy surfed the crap out of that pedal! Sounded fantastic.
I think AA is trying to increase the appeal by marketing the drive as a “69 plexi.” However your review (and also RJ Ronquillo’s excellent review) demonstrates what I’ve found with mine: when you run it with the drive low and push the volume, and by the way it’s got gobs of volume on tap, you can get killer Tweed tones out of it, all the way from clean-ish to cranked and rude.
I tend to forget about unity gain with this pedal, I run the volume higher, and adjust the drive to a snarly cranked Link Wray tone on the bridge pickup, and then the pedal cleans up beautifully by lowering my guitar volume.
If the gain is run high with full guitar volume the pedal does take a sort of Marshall meets Orange sort of gain, especially with P90s and PAFs, if one needs that sort of thing.
The delay sounds best, to me, set to slap back, which is kind of the point with this pedal, but it can do the dark analog spacey delay too. The Reverb gives good enough drip for Surf, Spy, and Spaghetti to my ears and is great to have.
With the drive and reverb set appropriately, and the delay set to slap back, the tone sounds authentically low fi and greasy, and very authentically vintage to my ears, and is pretty hard to beat for Rockabilly, etc.
People have mentioned the Mystery Brain. I don’t have one but based on the reviews I’ve heard it is a decidedly more polite and more hi fi sounding pedal. I prefer the greasy rudeness of the Rumble Seat, but the Mystery Brain seems like a cool pedal too, and wouldn’t mind getting one.
Thank you for the kind words and for leaving a comment. I like when other players leave comments on their experiences & thoughts on gear.
Keep on Rockin'
DAMIAN
Very nice thanks
Thanks for watching the review :)
Wow Damian, you sound great !! I was ready to order the EHX Slapback Echo, reissue for $81…and you show what the Analog Alien Rumbleseat can do. Now I need more info. 😁🌴 from Sunny 😁 Arecibo, Puerto Rico 🌴🌴🌴🎸🇵🇷 Thanks !!
Joe Walsh & greatvanzinni use it too. LoL. I love it. Great vid & wow your playing always knocks my socks off.
Damien great video, do you have any videos or info on the kind of equipment kit that the rockabilly gods used, amps, etc?
Ok first, you’re a helluva player so bravo! Also, thanks for a killer demo. This might be just what I need…
Great demo, Damian. You really showed what all that pedal can do. Impressive pedal but a bit rich for my blood right now. (Esp since I already had good overdrive and delay pedals.)
Thanks for checking out the demo Mark. Much appreciated. :)
I bought it a couple of years ago, I wanted to have less pedals and a simpler pedal board and this one fits the bill . It does everything I need and it does it well. I use it more for 80's style Punk and New Wave and it works fantastic.
Great playing as usual Damian , BTW, When are you going to do a guitar SOLO video for your "All of Me" Jazz tutorial.. Love your version.
Thanks for watching the demo. I'll put your request down on my to do list. The song "All of Me" has always been one of my favorites. :)
Keep on Rockin'
DAMIAN
Hey, care to explain how you are able to use this for punk? I’m a punk, rockabilly, surf player and would be pretty excited if this was the do-it-all pedal I’ve been looking for...so, is the OD enough to get a serious punk tone?
@@JsnHgl This pedal will do punk and hard rock with no problem. The Drive simulates a vintage Marshall 69 Plexi. :)
2020 rockabilly revival!
Thank you for watching the review Gavin. :)
@@Damianblf Of course!
Great-sounding pedal! This thing has been out for a while, but I’ve never played through one. Rockabilly in a box! But you’re right, it works for country, Chuck Berry rock’n’roll, and surf if the reverb will go high enough. Your playing is killer, and that Gretsch sounds great!
Thank you :)
I don't think you really liked it Damian?! Ha! You made a great demo for this pedal and it was awesome to watch you play freely. Great little medley of shows and nice 'Outsiders' reference 👍 . That pedal will rumble!
Thank you Gary :)
How about a tour of the stuff you usually play through and a look at your guitar lineup?
I’d have to agree with Gina here. Nocturne Brain RE301 is absolutely amazing. Get you one.
I wish I could squeeze those sweet tones from my White Falcon. I think I'm gonna need more than just a pedal.
I love your playing, now I need to check what kinda licks you play haha.
Really cool pedal, it's quite pricey tho, I gotta mow alot of lawns for that. :)
Thanks for watching the review. Much appreciated. :)
Damn bro..wish I had your skill. Will be ordering your Rockabilly DVD soon.
Thanks for watching the review. Keep on Rockin' :)
Funny you posted this today. I got to start your dvd today. You provided some awesome lessons in it. I'm glad my wife bought it for me. Hopefully one day I can jam out some great rockabilly guitar. Keep up the great work with you videos and thanks again.
Sooo good
That Gretsch sounds fantastic
Thank you :)
Mmm, sparkly. I want one!
Thanks for watching the review :)
Thank goodness you listened to & followed the advise from your former music teacher to stop playing the guitar! He was right. It's not for you.
pfffhhhttt! what did he know?
Where would we be without you? Thanks for sharing your gifts with us.
Thank you very much for those kind words. Keep on Rockin' my friend. :)
I could listen to you play all day. Do your instructional DVDs have some of the songs you played here ?
Thank you for the kind words. If you search on CZcams "Ultimate Rockabilly Guitar" excerpts & "Good Rockin' Guitar" excerpts, you'll see 2 videos of mine that show a bunch of excerpts from each course. Cheers :)
Great pedal will add to my çoĺlection.
man this guy can play!!!!!!!
Thank you very much for the kind words. :)
SLAYER! 😁🤘
Thanks for watching the review :)
You are my number one go to guy for rockabilly guitar advice Damian. So which is the better pedal for that authentic rockabilly guitar sound. This rumble seat or the Memphis sun?
Damien, would it be possible to demo A) The Keeley Memphis sun pedal and the B) JHD Milkman pedal? Sure there are demos of both those pedals out there but none from a true bonafied Rockabilly guitar authority such as yourself. Please and thank you. Happy New Year to you and yours!
oh man thats my dream rockabilly is my favorite genre
Thank you for watching the demo. :)

I'd give my left arm to play like you, but if I did then I couldn't play at all being one-armed. LOL.
