Great video sir, as same you have illustrated us on 1st day that why bottleneck is important, it clearly tells us that if we reduce the time of bottleneck productivity will increase and also video tells us how useful is ,if we make all system line as a bottleneck.
Ankish Agrawal -BD
This video is very relatable to the concept which you thought us in class, of making my whole process as my bottleneck to increase productivity. Great work team.
Just read in details about the concept and its applications in Industrial Engineering.Video made it easier to understand the technique.Thank you for this platform Sir!

Yes. I didn't realise the point of making the entire process a bottleneck is also shown. Thanks for drawing my attention.
Thank you sir and team for another wonderful video 👌
Another very easy demonstration of how to save time and increase productivity simultaneously. It also keeps the concepts that we studied during the first lecture on how to increase the overall productivity if we make the whole process a bottleneck afresh.
Pranay Manocha: PGDM-BD
First we learnt about positioning of bottleneck and now the combination of various operations ( including Bottleneck ) to arrive at a Line Balance which optimizes the time taken for individual operations by combining them in the most efficient way possible.. Wish to learn more about this sir :)
Great way to demonstrate the use of the time observation chart. Thank you, Dr G, Dr Azlan Nithia and the team.
This concept is similar to the concept we learnt in first class with you sir of making every operation/process a bottle neck.

That is indeed interesting sir! Sir in our college labs, when we were asked to prepare a certain emulsion or suspension, we were required to get the ingredients from the different points in the lab for example measuring and obtaining oil from the counter, weighing several ingredients like gum and preservatives from balances. The oil weighing would take the most time so while some of us were taking oil others would do all the weighing part and then vice versa instead of everyone first taking oil then weighing. Is that a correct application?
I like you explanation
excellent 😀
It's pronounced cha-see not cha-sis. It's probably French or something stupid.
That's the standard British English pronounciation. Travel the world and you hear many different ways of saying it. Enjoy the diferences.
