It is well known that specialised Mosquito squadrons were responsible for some spectacular raids; They bombed Berlin at precisely the moment that Reich Marshal Hermann Goering was scheduled to deliver a radio speech. Mosquitos also spearheaded the raid on Amiens jail, blowing up the walls to release prisoners.
