"bobby is so cool" literally me everytime a watch their MVs
So for BDay you need to know a few things to understand the song and video if you’re not Korean. B-day = bee day because birthday sounds like a Korean word which means swarm of bees. Waeng (chorus) is the sound like “buzz” in Korean. The phrase they often say “kkul ppalleo gaja” (excuse my writing if it’s not correct) means “let’s go eat honey” or “let’s go collect honey”. It’s an idiom which means “making money doing easy work”. Basically they make some money by day and go party at night. The woman at the end was the Queen bee.
It’s really just a party song with a fun play on words. And a T-Rex dance. Lol
I hope you check out their live performances of these songs. Rhythm Ta rock version is awesome live. BDay is really hype. Enjoy!

yes bobby is so cool. no other idol gives me the genuine happy feeling I get when it comes to watching bobby., I remember when I first heard b-day the chorus was interesting to me too, but over the years man has that become one of my fav weird yet oddly satisfying choruses/hooks. it's different but so good, especially when it's performed live the energy is just great. and i was gonna recommend something but i hate being that person haha maybe next time.

My Type was a warm up single that broke so much records lol it was a cultural reset for them since it was so chill and mellow compared to the songs they did in the two survival shows they did in order to debut as iKON. In the program they were way more hip hop based so it was a shock and it really became popular. I still remember Got7’s BamBam mom had My Type as her ringtone lol Rhythm TA is just a song to get into the rhythm and just enjoy it, its really catchy and at the time was really different from other groups debuts. iKON has always felt different for some reason. I hope you can react to more programs and shows about them, they had some vacations with games and it’s hilarious, also they feel really real to me, like really genuine. Thy had an episode of Video Star that is hilarious lol they dont care to expose themselves on camera and other members. I think its safe to upload it to CZcams since I’ve seen other reactors having up the entire footage. But I’m on your patreon too so please do whatever it’s comfortable for you and your channel. i think kingdom didn't really show how good ikon is at performing live. they really excel with a crowd and kingdom obviously doesn't have that. if you watch their concerts or their performances on festivals, you'd get why they were so hyped by everyone in kingdom and why the groups picked them to win at first

iKON had 3 survival show. WIN (Who Is Next) in 2013 to select who was the next boygroup after Bigbang, it's when they faced team A (Winner now). Second, M&M (Mix & Match) in 2014, when the 6 members of team B (before they named iKON) had to face 3 more new competitors to form iKON with 7 members. Third, Heroes Of Remix in 2016/17, it held at Beijing. iKON along with VIXX and Monsta X represented South Korea to compete with Tiongkok's artists. It was a big show. iKON won 4 from 10 episodes. It would be fun if you react their performances in this Heroes of Remix too. They were awesome. iKON are really king of survival. Kingdom was their fourth survival show. And because Bobby and BI had ever been in Show Me The Money, for Bobby, Kingdom was his 5th survival show 😅

I kinda miss watching ikon's discographies. I watched your BI and Bobby reaction. I hope you can react BI's debut album Waterfall. The album is a masterpiece, all the songs are so good and have deep lyrics. It's like his diary. I really like to know what you think on his art😊

If you are interested to their live performance, you can check out their MAMA 2015 live performance. It was their rookie days and yet it’s very dope.
My struggle with most KPOP is you could give any group any song and I wouldn't be able to tell who's the original singer. To me, they all start to sound the same and generic. But with YG groups, they're so distinct that I can tell them apart immediately. They have strong identities and sound. Each member sounds different but together they're harmonious.

You are so right about their energy! You should really check out their live performances, especially there debut MAMA performance and “Just Go” has AMAZING live vocals. You can find concert videos of it. Also some of there lesser knows songs like “Flower”, “Don’t Forget”, and “Rubber band” (rubber band is super cute and happy).

Bobby is my bias and his skills at rapping is on another level. Out of all his solo projects, my fave is “Rise” (2018) for the game “League of Legends” … Fun Fact : his the youngest contestant to win Show Me The Money ( rap battle version of The Voice) at the age of 18 and he was still a trainee at the time.

Bobby is so cool and soo hot at the same time. Thank u for reacting to iKON.. i hope u can also react to their ballads or slow songs like Just Go (live in Japan), Apology, and Flower, but it would be a little work to look up to videos with english subs but i can definitely assure u it’s worth it. Their vocals is also on another level.
