The genes helps. Also not having a regular job and being in healthy relationships. Nothing ages people more than stressful personal and work relationships. No amount of self care will help if your life isn't harmonious, which is the case for a lot of people.

Um, your metabolism stays on track & gets healthy but looking younger just because you have excluded sugar, isn't true at all! Infact, i looked more like dull & dim when i eliminated it all!

@@raquelortega2383 a decade ago i used to watch a show where they showed what the kids ate in a family and the team would show them at the end how they would look if they continued the stupid eating habits full of coke and sugar when they turn 30.
They were showed they look old and fat at 30 and if they eat clean they look beautiful.
Excluding animal products is the absolute worst advice you can follow or give. This woman is NOT vegetarian. She said she eats more vegetables and fruits then most people. She has never said anything about not eating meat. Your body needs so many nutrients you can only get from animal products. Every vegan or vegetarian I have met looked sickly and older then they are. You are sorely misguided. Giving up sugar is completely different then being vegetarian.

I'm 61 years old & most people who knows me says I look much younger than my age.. Like her, I only cleanse, tone moisturize my face & protect my skin with sunscreen products. 😉
The problem is I had not hydrated myself much more & since I was 40 years old I have a stressful work thus I could not get at least 7 hours sleep a day.. Plus I could not achieve the 10,000 steps in lieu of strenuous exercise. 😔 That's probably what I lack to be able to have the same body tone & youthful skin that she has.

i am going to be 60 next year and most people that doesnt kknow me - think i am much younger. But i have never smoked, I never sunbath, wear hats, eats healthy and never wash my face with ordinary hard soap. I use another products for that -since i was 13 i only used facial toner. My best freidn that is 5 months younger smoked since she was 12, sunbath until she was brown, drinks alcohol and use water and soap.

@@dealwithitdrealist2361 Maybe isnt so rare to look young. That was my point. There would be many that perhaps eat, drink, act and have a certain lifestyle that helps them to look younger. It could be the climat too. Japanese persons get very old and so do we in Sweden. There is perhaps some similaritys between us tha tis interesting. We hear a lot About hte japanses healthy lifestyle in eating. and many take after that. So its not about me, its about perhaps that more people in the world actually can have the same young apparence but we doesnt know about it because in Sweden we dont talk so much about it. We seems to look mor what the Americans do,, eat and drink and that has really effected us in Sweden - in not always positive way. You seems to been offended of my comment. I didnt put my comment to offend eny and havent got any bad reactions of it either.
@@TarotRider-t2m The skincare routine has been the same since i 1 was 13. Never wash my face with soap and water. Instead toner. And always put facecream on. And it hasnt been an expensive thing either. I think its not the brand od a cream that is importan or what it contain. its more how often you use it and when you started to use it. if you start to use it when you already get wrinkles i can understand that you need a perhaps diffrerent thing in the face. But since i always have done it sine i was a child - the wrinkles hasnt turned u in the same way. Maybe i have to use a special moisturizer llater on - if I cant stand the comming wrinkles. Its no shame to have them. My mothers aunt and my mother told me how to take care of my face but its was only my mothers aunt that was following it and she had wrinkles first when she was in her 70-ies. Perhaps it helped that she always had her hair in a bun aso - perhaps she stretched the face by it, h ha ha. I have used a cheap moisturizer from farmacy. or a cheap one from Yves rocher. Still do. They made a big survey in Sweden with famous brands and compared them against Nivea. it showed that when it came to moiaturize - Nivea mad the job best. So its not always the most expensive that is the best. You have to have in mind that this is big business and what would the cosmetica industry do if it was so simple that Nivea was the best....But i think - you still have to start in early age to put on cream and not start wth it when the wrinkles is there. Its going to be little too late then.

Women don't look old at 54 unless they did/do drug or were/are sun goddess. I looked young all the way until 2 months before I turned 62. But once you hit 64, forget it, You will need a facelift
