I know how frustrating this was. I played as Naruto 1v1 against a lvl 5 computer for like an hour straight. Bear in mind I can usually win in a 3v1 with Toriko. Naruto can't do any damage. You can rarely get off the only combos he has that do damage. It's so annoying waiting for him to use his moves while other characters just abuse him. You'll be loading up a rasengan tapping tf out the O button bc he takes too long. Then at the last few seconds of the match they have you scramble and scrape in vain bc again Naruto can do literally nothing. I know my opinions aren't fact and everyone will have their own experiences. I'm just saying if you go in raw without prior youtube knowledge or anyone carrying you, then play literally anyone in a timed match, you'll have a frustrating experience. Takes over half the timer just to get a Down, and thats if you're not getting lucky from rasengan spam.
