How to reduce high pitched whine as rotational speed and load increase? Does it indicate a failing brush to commutator or over heated coil wrap? Small section of each commutator contact glazed. Even if cleaned off still makes the loud noise. Please and thank you!

Motor two wires connected to the multimeter. Spinning the rotor by hand. I am getting 4v max.. But if I give DC voltage .it is rotating.. Am not getting clear view on this.

This guys hides everything and his connections are very suspect as in his solder joints and power through a clip boot to the relay or mosfet. Needs to show what he is doing and not have everyone burn their motors out.
