Yea I had my car broken into at wal-mart once I think I will just sue some nameless Joe making hourly who collects the carts for my losses, hes responsible right? he was in the parking lot at the time What? why wouldn't they sue the owner of the store at least, why some employee? If I go through the trouble of suing some guy, I would definitely do my home work first to see if I even have a chance of winning, or at the very least make sure I was suing the right guy someone who is actually responsible for it you know.
