But I'm here to tell you that our God is in the business of doing MIRACLES. My smile, my laugh and my joy is back!

My dad unexpectedly went to heaven on April 15th. Honestly, it has been the most painful, “unique” season of my life... but there has been something very surprising I've learned through this that I believe will help you.

This is good… I have a testimony that 22 years ago when I was 16 my father passed away. I lost everything and had to go live with my mother who was not living for God. At this time I was separated from my father’s family who were dear to me. My mother had told me lies that my dad’s family didn’t want anything to do with me. I had believed the lies. Well God recently placed me back in contact with my father’s family and it was glorious after being so long! It was like getting my father back. Well I found out that they had been through the 22 years trying and praying to find me! God is GOOD! So now I have been restored back with my family! I have also received my inheritance and I was given precious keepsakes from my father. I now have fully recovered all! Praise Jesus! I just wanted to share this in hopes that it helps others who have prayed for restoration! So this was on time and now I will be using this to take good steps for my family! Thank you Terri! I’m sorry about your dad but thank you for this video- my dad moved to heaven on March 10th… the grief is overwhelming many days but your video reminds me that I can still move forward… they may be small steps but they’re important ones. Two years ago I gave up my city/state/time with friends/etc to be able to help with my elderly parents. I’ll never regret that decision because I spent such great time with my dad before he died. Now I’m at a loss about what my path forward is… your video helps. Thank you. ❤

This is beautiful and truly inspiring message. Thank you for continuing to show up even in your most difficult season. I think this is probably the biggest lesson I’m continually learning from you and seeing you live out… it’s to keep showing up and doing what God sent you to do no matter what challenges you face, it’s the no excuses life. You’ve had many reasons to take a break and not show up/ go on a go-slow but you’ve continually made sure that no matter what, you’re either showing up or making provision for some encouragement either way. Truly, “The Savelles are not quitters!”

Hey Terri, First of all, I'm sorry for your loss. God bless you, and you will treasure his legacy even more as time goes on. . fyi.. my mom passed away suddenly several years ago and my dad passed away in 2019. My sister suddenly died on May 1 2000. In all of these cases, outstanding credit card bills were written off. My mom's mortgage was paid when we sold her house and my other sister and I received the balance. So, credit cards are not the heir's responsibility. Thank you.

Thanking God for your recovery! I found you about a year ago, and could not get enough of your podcast. There is no episode my daughter 13) and I haven’t listened - we do it in the car wherever we go. And! Your dream it pin it live it changed my life! - 5.30 am all last year, reading, listening, and WRITING. I wrote a book… I can not believe it but I did it! Thank you, Jesus and thank you for spreading his word in such beautiful way ❤

It hasn't been easy & I agree with the feeling of trespassing while going thru his stuff. We will be getting our inheritance shortly but I want my dad back & him to enjoy what we are getting. I've told my husband we have to get our affairs in order for our daughters. I especially hope the good Lord doesn't take me soon because I have to declutter, organized & get rid of stuff so they don't. I also want to be a blessing like my dad was. I lost my mom in April as well. It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever experienced even after recovering from cancer this past year. I feel like now I have this energy to become better in life more than ever. I know my own guardian angel “my mother,” is encouraging me and supporting me.
In this video you talk about having life insurance and the importance of it. I work for Northwestern Mutual and tell people this every day. It’s crucial part of planning!

My mom had a cardiac event a few weeks ago. Thankfully, God helped us catch it in time and get her to the hospital and she is in full recovery, managing very well thanks to amazing medical, nursing, staff and my sisters and I coming together to care for her while my dad was working.
But girl, it lit 🔥 🔥 🔥 me up to accomplish the 2 things I know ow she wants most for me.
More details later but 1 year might not be enough time to accomplish everything I want to do to make her proud while she is alive - but it’s gonna go by either way so I might as well get cracking to stop making excuses and start making progress. She’d be proud of progress. And seeing me back in the saddle so to speak.
Death progress is real. Not just thinking about our own mortality but what do we want those we look up to most to see us accomplish or learn or what type of wisdom can we gain that would impress them with confidence in us as they prepare their exit, so I am 1 less thing for Mom to worry about?

Terri, I am so sorry for your loss! I’m a daddy’s girl, and I can’t imagine going through this. But I have to say, I love that you are sharing this. It’s very similar to the “Swedish Death Cleaning”. It sounds bad, and honestly when I first heard of it, I thought you just clean the house to death. 😂It’s actually something the Swedish do with the seniors (parents/ family) and it’s beautiful. It’s all about how the elderly want to leave their stuff after they pass. You can find videos here on CZcams about it, and I just love that the elderly parents get to be apart of the decision making, and that they get to be intentional about how they leave their stuff to their family. Anyway, may God bring you peace in this season. Much love!
